I made an appointment with the Geek Squad at Best Buy because my iPhone was cutting off at different times. When I got to the service desk for my appointment. I was greeted by a very nice representative in which checked me in. He explained that my phone was going to be put through a diagnostic check.A short time later, he returned and told me what was wrong with my phone ( new battery and speaker needed). I agreed for my phone to be serviced the next day. Upon arrival, I handed the Geek Squad representative my phone and he instructed me to return at 3 pm. I returned and my iPhone is working good as new.

Just bought 55” Samsung TV from PATCHOGUE store , had it installed by technician Tim , not only do I love the Tv but Tim and helper were AMAZING !! They were both knowledgeable, Professional, Helpful, and Friendly. Thank you Best Buy and especially Thank you TIM 👍👍

The nicest Best Buy I’ve ever been to on Long Island. They have all the working displays unlike most stores. Eve at customer service was extremely helpful and professional. Will be returning to this store.

I have had the best experiences at this BestBuy locations everytime I go in. I am always welcomed and asked if I need assistance with anything. Andrew always helps me and my fiancé out whenever we are in and he is there. He is very welcoming and informative on whatever products we are interested in. He helps whenever he can and will do anything for his customers! 10/10 would recommend this BestBuy location to friends and family!!

The geek squad handle my situation. Without an appointment before somebody else on line at the Patchogue location.. because I had a simple little thing to take care of.

Went into Best Buy seeking the Geek Squad, have a brand new IPad that was frozen, had no idea what to do, I walked up, no appointment, a young man, Max approached me asked me if I needed help. Took me right to the counter restarted my IPad, showed me what to do in the future if it happened again, service with a smile! Delightful, I was in and out of there and if I ever have another problem with my electronics I will return to the Geek Squad because they've earned my trust. I appreciate that great customer service, Max knew I was clueless and he handled me with care, extraordinary! I made sure to give him a good review thru email and now I'm going the extra mile to recognize him here because good customer service is few and far between these days and it's nice to be nice! Would recommend Best Buy and The Geek Squad for all your software queries. I'll be back!

God bless retail stores- I truly appreciate the in store experience and am glad I still have the option of going and getting information from experts directly and be able to make the decision and purchase items for myself and my kids the same day. I even go here to shop just because I'm nearby and the experience not only at this Best Buy but even others throughout Long Island that go above and beyond.

Due to market conditions and corporate initiatives, they have taken away the personal touch they used to have during the sales process. But there are still those that know what it means to be professional and personal at the same time. That "human factor" is what drives people like me to retail stores as that too is the product itself, something brick and mortar stores need to go back to basics for and train newer staff as it would benefit them not only in the workplace but in future opportunities as well.

This particular visit I was helped by who I think was a lead rep right at the entrance. She helped me get the right product real quick to change my mind from doing a return to an exchange. Although it did seem a bit short staffed, she still went out of her way helping locate a few things the store and suggesting other alternatives to the car mounts without having me feel like she was doing a me huge favor. It was win-win for both of us.

LATE review but here goes!
I don't like to shop and being as though electronics/technology is not my strongest suit, I was cringing walking through the door! Well, Let me tell you about Billy!!! He was AMAZINGLY FANTASTIC in so many ways. He was patient and listened to all of my questions/concerns. Ask for Billy when you get there!

Virginia was amazing. We came in looking for a computer and Virginia showed us the different computers. She listed the pros and cons, storage, etc. she made the process a lot easier while keeping it very professional. Thank you Virginia!

I was able to buy a Deep Freezer which was much needed. Best Buy was very helpful they also put you in Q (In Line) set up on devices which they work fast at doing. They also matched or beat their online sale which gave me a discount. I set up the 5.0 cu in my dining area already to be stocked.

Feel free to double-check prices online! And argue price sometimes with comparable specials. In stock and in store items, a lot less than they used to be. Better to order online and pick up in store than hope it's in the store. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Very helpful... Went the day after Christmas and line moved very quickly. If the credit machine looks wet, cashier advised the credit/debit machine is sprayed after every use.

Love this place! the employees are very helpful and very friendly they help me carry out my item to the car! Will definitely be back there to shop!!
