They are always extremely friendly, it's very busy there a lot of the time but they handle it well. Wait times can be long at certain times but that's expected at a smaller pharmacy like this that serves so many people.

I love this Walgreens! Milagros has always been super friendly and helpful when I go in to get snacks and drinks before school. They’ve always been easily available to help me find products and I appreciate the employees there so much!

The pharmacy staff is always super fast, polite and helpful. Got all my boosters here and will always come back!

I think it was Amanda that helped me with a passport photo. Super helpful and fun to be around, made sure the photo was just right- and it was!

Great place

Wow. I must be just lucky when I visit. I seek out to send my Rx to this location as the others in the area are literally 1 hour waits in line ( Walbridge or Bethany). Cornelius is okay but are curt and get orders wrong. So … I appreciate the pharmacists at this location - both Yen and Khalid(? I think?). The pharmacy staff is helpful. They even recognize their supply problems and recommend other non-Walgreens pharmacies to transfer to if necessary.

The retail staff seems okay too … I don’t ask much of them other than to ring things up …

Given other Walgreens locations are experiencing similar execution issues I think it is a corporate problem not local management …

I visited 2x for Covid-19 vaccine appointments. Staff was not very well trained nor friendly, but I will cut them some slack and consider they may have been new and stressed. After all, staffing is difficult to keep right now and they are also just human. Staff giving injections were polite and very professional.

I have been going to this Walgreen's since moving to Hillsboro 2016, and always have positive experience there. In my view one best Walgreen's in area😊

I don't how I feel to be honest as I once worked at this location, I know the store manager, but really when I walked into the store this morning to find two associates talking to one another, leaning up at the photo register, and just gabbing away it's like I wasn't even being acknowledged of walking into the store. I even had an associate less than two feet away from me as he was checking expired goods in the walk-in cooler and not even a hello, how are you, welcome, can I help with anything, or do you need a shopping basket. Even when a gentleman asked what time does your pharmacy open, she replied the time but the nearest one that is 24 hours is Murray and Scholls Ferry as it might have saved him a trip as he said he is from Tigard. Now to be honest times have changed, things have moved forward in various ways, and I know things are for the best for everyone. I don't expect anyone to remember things or do things extraordinary but at least show so energy when people walk in, talk to the individual, get to know your customer, and heck maybe just a little by saying have a great day. My rating is a two, I'm sorry Maria I know you read these comments but your team members could do a little better on greeting and just taking the time to know their customers.

My first, and probably last, time visiting this location. I scheduled a flu shot here for 11:45 and arrived early, with no line. After eventually getting someone to sign me in, they finally called for me at 12:25. Don't bother completing paperwork online beforehand because they'll just make you do it again in person. They were polite, but seem understaffed; for example, nobody seems to have noticed the apparently homeless guy sleeping maskless on the chair next to me.

Calling to refill a prescription.... I should not be on hold for as long as I have been. Its been 18 minutes.

Always very slow - our least favorite Walgreens pharmacy location

The pharmacy staff is slow, inefficient, and impolite.

They just lied to me about transferring my prescriptions and won't fill prescriptions in a timely manner. It is abundantly clear they don't care, aren't competent enough to do their job and only lie to you when they screw up. The other negative reviews here are absolutely on point from my experience.

DON'T USE THIS PHARMACY FOR ANYTHING IMPORTANT!!!
