What a lovely experience! I ordered online while the store was closed, got a personalized email the next day for special Monday hours, walked in, and received such a warm and effusive welcome. The store owner was respectful and eager to show me all the features of my purchases. I'm only sorry I parked at a fast-expiring meter and couldn't chat. Next time!

Absolutely the best travel store with multiple choices for luggage,
day packs, travel aids, bags, locks, accessories - essentially everything one would need for travel. Nicole offered excellent advice and was a delight to work with - very helpful and knowledgeable. Nothing compares in San Francisco, East Bay or Marin.

This place is a gem. I was trying to decide between two different models of Eagle Creek bags for a quickly approaching trip, and getting nowhere with the info available online. Wandered in to California Luggage and Bernie gave me great advice. They had the exact bags I was interested in, and I was able to take them home for a less than what they would have been from Eagle Creek's website. I also snagged plug adapters, passport covers, and luggage tags to tie up the loose ends on trip prep. What a great spot!

Lmao why did your employee go out into the public to tell them to stop recording if they weren’t inside?? Seems weird of her to harass the public like that. The red headed curly hair lady. Teach her about the public and how no one needs to give consent to be filmed.

Came in on the fence about buying new luggage for family as my daughter wanted me to "go to Costco", but luckily for us their staff and owner were super personable to our family. Owner even spoke to my youngest as a real person with her own sense of style and wants. Really impressed with this place. Thanks for the great service and awesome gear. Now we travel less frustrated about bags breaking or causing us to go slow.

I was very impressed with the knowledge that the owner had on his products. On top of being knowledgeable, he also has a no pressure approach, which made this a very pleasant experience. Definitely will be going back to make our purchase.

I Purchased numbers of items and most recently an attache that I love from California Luggage It is just perfect. This after much searching and patient help from Bernie. His fine service and excellent products have been consistent for the 25 years I have known them. You can even talk politics from opposite poles without feeling your at odds. That is as good as a purveyor of excellent wares can get...
