Everyone is so very helpful and kind, Tracy literally makes my day better whenever I'm in her lane, and there's a young guy (I'm sorry I don't remember his name! 😬), he's tall, has blonde hair that's sort of shaggy. He is always so respectful and funny, and has gone out of his way to make my shopping experience even better. I've even switched pharmacies because they're amazing too! A good pharmacy team is SO hard to find these days but they truly care and also go out of their way to help.

Shout out to the hiring team and everyone who's working hard over there! 💯🎉👏👏👏

This is my neighborhood Safeway. They always do a great job. But I will say, on Wednesday, the day before Thanksgiving, I was dreading going and getting my last minute items. I was mad at myself for waiting u til the last minute. But I prepared myself for it to be crowded, things to be out of stock and to wait forever to checkout. I was pleasantly surprised when I got there that none of this was true. Well, it was crowded. Shocker…
But otherwise, I found everything I needed and was in and out with no issue. I didn’t wait in line at all to check out.
I think people usually leave reviews when something bad happens, so I wanted to write a review when something good happens. Great job Safeway team!

Very clean grocery store. Customer service is very good, employees are helpful.

Smaller than some of other locations but it's clean, well stocked and with really friendly inviting people!

Safeway is great. Everything they have for sale is awesome. Spent a few years there as an employee. Great employees and mgmt. As a customer during covid, it's hard to maintain six feet with a lot of others not maintaining the rule. So, early in the morning or evening are best for distance if that's a concern. If you haven't had the spicy chix tenders from the deli, fish or tri-tip from the meat dept., the produce dept., or bakery dept., you're missing out.

I have been doing the drive up and pick up since this SIP has been in place. Shop here every week, sometimes 2x a week. The customer service is great. Brandon by far is the most helpful and kind worker there can be. He does his job exceptionally well. Will continue to shop here

It does all the things you want a Safeway to do.

Why I love this Safeway?? There's a lot of reasons why but I will keep It simple. 1st everybody that works there loves Ms Marley (my American Bulldog) and have always been very friendly, helpful,and happy to see us. 2nd they always have everything I need and keep the store well stocked and clean
3rd it's conveniently located next door to where I live.

Beautifully well kept store has lots of personal products like hair and soap and I like that and then it has the lovely Starbucks and US Bank and our bank at US Bank so Safeway is one of my spots

Superior customer service skills except for Amanda, the checker in the pharmacy. She acts like she hates her job!

So about a month ago I found out there wasnt any stickers for WIC at this store. This is my closest Safeway to my current residence. But I spoke with the PIC and Manager there and expressed a concern for people in the are with WIC program and unable to know the producat covered because the internet doesnt work in their store enough to work the App. So please get some stickers out there. Not 2 weeks later the stickers are up and being of more help for WIC users. Thank you for listening and making the changes.

Corporate Safeway has decided to discontinue the Gormet Cinnamon Bread that is in the bakery! Why Why Why???? This bread gets SOLD OUT Everytime its put out on the shelf!! Everyone i know LOVES this Bread! Why get rid of something that's a good , no. Great seller.?

Please Corporate Safeway BRING IT BACK. The Rincon Valley Safeway bakery told me this information this morning. I was shocked to say the least.

Been in Santa Rosa over 5 years and that's the first time i have been in Safeway and i would recommend anyone to go there it's an awesome store

I like your store on Marlow Road if always has what I need and what I come in there for the customer service is okay but I can always get what I need there too I especially like the fresh fruit and the bread and the meat and Fish all those things I can always count on getting them at the Safeway in Marlow thank you

their sandwiches there or the bomb and it made right and it tastes great hot foods that chicken fried chicken is excellent potato wedges are excellent their service is great I love going there that's the only place I go to get my sandwich

Marlow Safeway is stocked fairly good. Quick visit. They had a good amount of checkers for the evening. Nice
