AT&T Store

I have been to this store 2x - each time my experience was excellent. Ali D helped my family and I on both occasions and she was outstanding.

I was in this store a few months ago and the experience was ok the staff did what I needed done however todays visit was different. The gentleman who helped me today was very friendly and knowledgeable. He did not sell me a single thing but still treated me with respect and didn’t try to just force a new phone down my throat.

Markel was very helpful with updating my boyfriend’s billing information, after being told this was not possible at another store. He was very personable and funny. Thank you!

Nicholas was extremely helpful! Solved my problem in just a few minutes. Very friendly, too :)

Brittany was great! We had purchased phones on black Friday from a different rep that was also very helpful, we received them at home the other day and she helped us switch everything over. Great workers you got at Montville location

I had a Great experience at the Uncasville location! The store managers, Joshua and David were exceptional! They were able to help me get started on upgrading my son’s phone for Christmas. They made everything very simple, and he helped me to save $$ in the process. He explained everything in a way that really made sense. I will always refer them and this location. Joshua G was the customer service tech at the store when I brought my brother in to upgrade his phone from the iPhone to the galaxy. Joshua was very helpful and took care of everything including transferring all of the data from one phone to the other. Joshua was the only tech there on a Saturday evening and handled all of the customers in a timely and professional manner, making sure to acknowledge everyone while they were waiting. He was so helpful, I would highly recommend him at this store.

Excellent service! I needed to trade in my phone and I was greeted immediately by a very friendly employee. She helped me get my new phone all set and helped by explaining the new adjustments with this phone (no home button, etc). Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

I walked in this afternoon with a laundry list of things to get done. David was so helpful, and so patient while he seamlessly worked through and FIXED every single issue/concern I had, all while saving me money. His professionalism goes unmatched by most. I appreciate all he did to assist me today.

Edit to add I had another great experience at this store today with Shella. She fearlessly and tirelessly stood her ground with the at&t customer support people in my defense trying to fix issues that had come up with some plan changes we made at my previous trip. She took it for the team, and got my issue resolved. Shella is the real MVP!

Absolutely PHENOMENAL service! Walter was amazing to us for switching over two phones to a new plan, and even though it was well past closing by the time we finished, they were kind and understanding of all the difficulties we had and remained professional as ever. These guys deserve so much more than this review because this one AT&T interaction has me locked in as a customer. Thank you so much!

Nice welcoming store! I was considering upgrading my iPhone and was helped by Walter who was very knowledgeable about the products and product features. Walter was very honest with me about my options, answered all of my questions and gave me the information I needed to make the best decision for myself.

The service I received from Jon was outstanding. He was very professional while friendly at the same time. I was frustrated in the beginning, but Jon was so patient and willing to answer all of my questions, that I left feeling valued as an important customer. I have been an ATT customer for over 12 years and have shopped at a lot of the locations in New London and Windham counties over the years. The experience I had today with Dave and Joshua was by far the best I have ever had in an ATT store. They turned what had started as a horrible situation from another att location into a friendly and enjoyable one. They reassured me I would be taken care of and took care of my issue from the other location. I then had to add additional lines and get new phones and they made what in the past has been very tedious, boring, and a painful process, into a fun and lighthearted adventure. Joshua was the point guy in doing all the leg work in the transaction and has one of the best customer service attitudes I have come across in a retail environment. He genuinely cared about my decisions and offered guidance, advice and solutions to what I needed. Thank you Dave and Joshua for taking care of me, you guys are the best out there!

We went in to add a new line to my plan and get a new phone. Wendy was INCREDIBLE. She was so knowledgeable and helped us and answered every question we had! She was accommodating to our needs and really went above and beyond for us. Even though what we wanted to do took some time, she was so patient and great. Will always go back to her at AT&T in Uncasville!
