I had an amazing experience scheduling and getting a vaccination at this location. Walgreen’s online scheduling is more efficient than some of their competitors - I was able to easily drill down to the vaccine, date, and location that I wanted. I was able to easily reschedule. The best part though was the person who delivered my shot. I believe her name was Kay Kay and she is a consummate professional! Vaccine was delivered quickly and with no pain at all - I literally didn’t feel the needle! Thank you, Kay Kay!

This Walgreens pharmacy is awesome. I have been in here repeatedly and the same woman, Tasha, is always greeting at the pharmacy and is super friendly. When I came in for my vaccine recently, she literally raised her arms and said "Woo, vaccine!" which put a smile on my face. She was also the one who gave the shot, lucky me! This type of friendly customer service at a chain pharmacy, let alone most places nowadays, is hard to come by.

There are people milling about in the parking lot, but there's a security guard posted just inside the entrance for good measure. I love that it's also near a bank and grocery store so I can get everything done in one trip.

While a brazilian tourist, I had a great and interesting experience. Love the fact that american pharmacys are like small shops that you can find anything. Here in Brazil, pharmacy just sell medicine and hygiene items 😂👍🏻

The beauty consultant at this location is so fun and energetic! She was running the front register while everyone was on their breaks. Thanks for giving my friends and I a good laugh!

Customer sever was great at front register and pharmacy. Went for sinus meds …. Ended up getting a 1.99$ deal view picture !!

I want to say that Todd and his staff were the picture of perfection in lieu of my bad day. I came in to mail a FedEx package and was met with nothing but frustration from FedEx and Walmart, but Todd and the female associate that helped me stayed friendly and helpful even when I could have been nicer. Thanks a million for making a bad situation better!

one of the best pharmacy I have ever been too. I was there in afternoon time, pharmacy was quiet busy but staff is really nice, caring and patient, specially the two pharmacists Marrisha and Jaime, they greeted me very nicely and went above and beyond to get my and my wife's prescriptions and also they got them ready within no time. over all best experience.

This is the best Walgreens ever! The employees here are quite amazing and cool! They're open 24 hours a day! I was just there and purchased some items, and I guess that I misunderstood what the pricing was for a lot of clearance items. So instead of returning them, the manager brought those items down to the price that I thought that they were.

Good Pharmacy Service. I just started getting my prescription filled at this Piedmont Rd Walgreens location and was pleased they had it ready for pick-up quickly. They even had to order my prescription but got it in stock next day.

Everyone is family like.... i go there every day... Alexus never talks to you shes on the phone with whoever... but not work phone... she literally told me its ok to be on your phone on night shift! Shes new hope she leaves soon ... not a great employee.... i sit and listen to gossip as i check out!

The area does have a lot of homeless people but I found the Walgreens to be in great condition. Everything is neat and tidy. Friendly staff.
