The store is always clean and organized. The store manger Tonya is amazing. All the ladies upfront are helpful and polite. It’s a joy to shop here

Great customer service I was greeted with a hello and was asked if I needed help. Upon checking out we had a small pleasant conversation and that was that. Over all for the area this store is great. Oui oui.

I'm a truck driver from out of town I called in some prescriptions had prob with insurance. They worked with me above and beyond so could get what needed ty. Again all you ladies AAA+.

Nice staff and a generally nice interior.

The pharmacy is very understaffed. The lines are long. It's only a matter of time before someone passes out while standing in line. There's not even the pretense of privacy there. The pharmacist is overwhelmed, tried to be polite but missed the mark (an excuse is not the same as an apology). The pharmacy tech was downright rude. I prefer to drive down to the other store at Beatties Ford and Sunset.

This branch would benefit from a customer service training class. The store associates are NOT welcoming, NOT helpful, NOT focused on doing their job at all. I’m not sure how this store is still open and most importantly corporate needs to step in.
I skimmed over the previous reviews stemming from almost 4 years ago of and I see the same rude / tasteless behavior exhibited in 2024. This is the worse CVS in Charlotte.

The most disgusting experience I’ve seen from a pharmacist! The lady with red dreadlocks that works in the pharmacy was extremely rude to a Hispanic customer who came in to ask for help. The pharmacist with red dreadlocks told the Hispanic lady that she doesn’t “do” Spanish and that she must SPEAK English to her … although the pharmacist may have not spoke Spanish, there is a way to speak to customers. I noticed the lady had a list with names on it of medicines, and the pharmacist steel was very rude and very unprofessional.

The most unprofessional store needs to be shut down altogether mangerment suck I feel sorry for the elderly folks tht pick up here in pharmacy so sad 2024
