Restroom was closed and floors was nasty grabbing cups for a Big Gulp was a Joke there was stuff inside the cups and nets flying around I will Not Be Stopping For ANYTHING Else from this Store .

Goes in the store every morning monday threw friday keisha as good customers service she motivates me before I go to work she Always have fresh coffee she make sure all the customers leave with a smile in the morning I love her and she Not even been there long seems like things as change since she been there I will stay going there longest she working

This is by far the worst 7-Eleven. The Young black guy that works at night is extremely rude. VERY CONFRONTATIONAL with anybody that even looks at him. The one working 3/1/2024 @ 8:00 pm. He keeps the doors locked all the time. And has a nasty attitude whenever he let's you in. I am absolutely shocked that 7-Eleven has someone working for them like this. As a matter of fact, I will be taking this even further because this puts such a bad reputation on this store. Apparently 7-Eleven is at its lowest point to hire a person like this. Very Ghetto. This should be on the news, that's how bad it is.

I arrived at this location at 6:22am February 11. The store was locked. I pulled the door to see if it was unlocked, the girl just looked and continued to set up the coffee. Myself and 3 other customers needed gas. Its a big inconvenience that this store is locked at this time of the morning. Please do better.

Today like most days 7 eleven is a failure this location needs to be closed down the always have something going on. Not open like really!!! It was a whole worker just sitting there corporate needs to remove rebuild and refocus! Below 1 ⭐. Beatties ford everything are 🗑 the people businesses and all. Most of the black people that work in the area are ghetto and uneducated

Just stopped there at 12:13 and they're closed two girls in there laughing and playing around at the soda machine but can't take customers the 7-Eleven pay you to just sit there at this point I worked at this location a few months ago it is not nearly as bad as you would assume a gas station is in the middle of the night so I don't see an excuse for it to be closed javon honestly needs to get his store together

decided to stop by my local 7-eleven, to find the bathroom was in deplorable state. i was searching around for snacks but almost everything was either not stalked up or was all over the floor. vehicle help section was not faced nor fronted. would put 0 stars if possible.

The most ghetto convenient store I've ever been to in Charlotte NC. Ghetto because pf the mentality and I was highly disappointed because there were young African-American people working there so I was excited to see that initially until I actually walked in. I saw two registers. At the first register, the lady was opening and closing the drawer constantly (removing the entire drawer) you could see all the money and there was a kid in there all over the place so I went to the second register. At the second register there's this young lady on her phone, texting while standing behind the counter and eating and I'm standing there waiting to pay for my gas and order hot food. When I was finally able to order the hot food she seemed so irritated. Get it together you all.

Slow and ghetto!! Waited 11 minutes for my DoorDash order. And while there’s customers in the store, you could see one of the associates upset and cursing at her coworkers about some coffee creamer that she could’ve addressed in a professional calm manner. No professionalism nor integrity what so ever!

Stopped here due to me having to meet someone. When i pull up employee sweeping the parking lot. Fine. But when i got inside to use the bathroom, it looks like a third world country. And im saying to myelf arent u supposed to clean the bathroom before the parking lot? It was mud on the.floor and god knows what on the wall. Nasty.

It’s a shame that you can’t even used the bathroom at the store but other stores like 7/11 lets you no matter if it’s 3rd shift and the fact it’s time they don’t even stock up

This is the most rachet 7-11 (store A) I’ve been too. I was traveling out of town and stopped because my phone died and I need a phone charger to charge my phone. I bought the charger for 20 !!! Because I was so desperate, I tried to return the charger the next day ... I went to a 7-11 (store b) and they told me I had to return it to the store I recieved it from so I went to the store I went to last night , and don’t let them tell me i can’t get a refund because they keep original receipts and refund it later to themselves, giving the customer a REPRINT... at this point I’m like this happens at gas stations omg !!! So I go to 7-11(store A) & I tell the clerk I wanted to do a refund, she quickly says refunds on store electronics ... mind you I’m looking at my receipt and it says REPRINT at the bottom. The girls from the 7-11(store b) was correct. When i purchased the items the store clerk gave me a REPRINT thinking I wasn’t going to return it , she returned it with the ORGINAL copy and took the money ... all I’m saying is I WILL NEVER SHOP AT A 7-11 again !!!!! I called the 7-11 customer service line all they do is give you the run around saying all I can do is file a complaint ... which will take a week for someone to call me he says . I will have been forgot about that damn charger by then ! Please you guys STAY AWAY FROM 7-11 they only want your money they don’t care how they TAKE IT !
