Not sure why the negative reviews. This CVS is great. The pharmacy is super friendly, helpful and efficient. And the rest of the staff and store is exactly what it should be. Professional and well stocked.

I’ve had some issues when the hospital calls in my prescription as I have had a long and relentless rehabilitation and CVS staff have always assisted me with corrections that stem from Prescription amounts. I’ve actually used their kiosk for money gram and western union. Very attentive staff very helpful and polite👍

Have all of my families prescriptions filled at this CVS This is a great store with a great staff. Pharmacist and pharmacy tech very knowledgeable and answer all of my questions about my prescriptions.The CVS is very worthy of a five star review. The Schubert's

This is my local CVS pharmacy and I absolutely love it the staff and pharmacy are always very helpful. The store front is always organized and clean.

Technology does not help with the functionality at this pharmacy! 9 times out of 10 something is not right with my order. Even with the app, texting, etc the problem is the human factor. No one is friendly and most importantly no one seems to care if things are finished to completion. More often than not my monthly trips require a second trip. So frustrating that my prescription plan requires me to use this pharmacy.

I’ll make it short. My doctors consistently provide their approvals and prior authorizations and this store in Jamison consistently says they haven’t received the approval or authorization. Usually I just keep calling until it works out. I’m going to another country and was short 10 day supply of my medication. For a month I worked with WellCare, CVS and my doctor. Everything was set for me to pick up and they said NOPE, we didn’t get your doctors approval. Yeah you did! I was on the phone with them when they called. So now I’m leaving for a 30 day trip short of my medication by 19 days. Outrageous CVS do better.

Rude employees and the dirtiest bathroom I've ever seen. Staff first. Obviously lazy and entitled blonde working the desk. I needed the manager. She said he was too busy and couldn't be bothered. I found him adding feminine products to shelves. When I told him what the cashier said he was stunned. Then there's the pharmacy. Rude and nasty older middle eastern woman who seems to get off asking 6x for your dob, age and address. I'm not sure why. I'm white, and I've noticed she doesn't do it to my wife, who's asian. I hand her my drivers license now to eliminate her short term memory issues. THEN there's the restroom. Last time I went there the toilet had fecal matter all over it - on the wall and seat, including a huge chunk. Absolutely disgusting. Showed pic to the pharmacy and manager. He was quite perturbed and I could tell he didn't want that picture to get out. Not sure if it's allowed but I'm including it so people know I'm not making this sh*t up. Pun intended.
