Gas Is always a far price, and the gentleman and ladies that work at the Shell are great. If u have a bad day ur sure to leave with a smile. And I love the food as well.

Great food! Great service! Thanks, Jeff! The staff went out of their way to get our food and then check us out. We have called ahead for special orders, excellent, polite service! There are booths to sit in and a tv (flatscreen) to watch, what more could you need? ?

The guys that work here are so nice. They always brighten my day before work or on my breaks when I have to stop for coffee and/or breakfast.

4.75 for 1/2 doz. Jalapeno poppers...kinda high but the bathrooms were clean & the cashier pleasant.

Gas is usually five to ten cents cheaper at any surrounding station

Why do they make customers wear masks when not all the staff wears masks? It's a state mandate that anyone in a public place must wear a mask.

I've been disappointed ever since the Lor Ray Deli Mart closed and Shell took over. The home-cooked food prices went up and quality went down. Today I grabbed a breakfast sandwich out of desperation and was charged more than the price listed at the warmer. I requested a copy of my receipt after seeing a questionable amount go across the display and saw I was charged $.25 more than the listed price. When I questioned it, I was told the difference was due to tax. I then stated that the difference of price was in the subtotal and tax was an entirely different line item. Then they asked me where I saw the lower price and I clearly pointed it out in 4 locations to them. There was no offer to refund me the difference, I was simply told that they must not have updated the price yet. It's not a large amount, I know, but its the concept. If you can update the price on the register, you should be able to update the price displayed to the customer. How many people have been overcharged without knowing?

2/14/16 Approx 4:00 PM - Got lucky today, hit a $208 payout on the Powerball. Took the ticket back to the Lor Ray Deli where I bought it. Asked the old guy behind the counter for some cigarettes, and then asked him to check my tickets for a winner. (I had already determined that the Powerball was paying me $208 and the MegaMillions was paying me $3.) The old guy took my tickets, and then said this can't be right....then he said the Powerball was an invalid ticket...then he gave it back to me ans said to take the ticket to Kwik Trip for payment...then he said he didn't have enough money to pay me. Then I told him I bought the ticket there, and they were required to pay me...He said well, I don't have enough money. I told him to call his manager...then he said maybe I can pay it...Then he paid the ticket. I don't know what he was trying to pull, but I won't buy tickets there again, and suggest you don't either.

Bathroom door doesn't latch was going to buy lunch but I needed to the ladies room. Not cool! When I talked to staff they were like yeah it's been like that.

The guy so rude I tried to put my phone number and he said don't put your number always this guy is so rude

Crappy food served with the tender loving care of a prison cook....but only between smoke breaks. Gone way downhill lately.
