12/10 experience. I was in and out with a new phone in 45 minutes. I went in on a Sunday expecting to wait for hours just to get help, but was helped immediately! The short time it took me to get what I needed, plus excellent help from the staff. I will most definitely tell everyone about my wonderful experience!

Verizon in Upper North Mankato gives quick and respectful customer service. They are pleasant to interact with and patient to help me understand all the IT stuff. Big high five!!!!

I tried for over a year to get my bill figured out when Verizon on Madison Ave (near walmart) deleted all the promotions on my account and never gave me credit for an $800 phone trade in. After multi calls to Verizon customer service and the store itself, I recieved no answers or call backs. I stopped at this location on my lunch break for a new screen protector and the two men working today 1/27/23 had my issues fixed to the best of there ability in less than an hour. I would recommend this verizon location 100% over the mall & Madison Ave.

Very pleased with my experience today, I have never been in and out of a cell phone place so quickly. I dealt with the manager and he was amazing, sorry I don’t have his name, he even helped pair the phone to my car!

Absolutley one of the easiest and best experiences I have had. My old Droid Turbo was a mess. He told me very politely my data was lost. He did what he could do and to no avail. No high pressure sales for a higher cost phone. He showed me what was right for me and I bought. GREAT service with a smile and a few laughs. Thank You! This is why we will be with Verizon for years to come.
