Comfort Inn & Suites

This place was very cleaned! I love the extras in the room. They make sure you are good. Front desk staffs are nice. Stayed here only for one night due to work event. Also have good hot breakfast 6-9am!

Nicely updated hotel with very clean areas. Staff was awesome and there were many breakfast choices. I really liked the large gathering area near the lobby for visiting or playing cards. Same lounge was a nice bonus too! I will be back.

Being a trucker, I stay in a lot of comfort inns across the midwest for 34 hour resets and layovers, as I have a corporate account with Choice Hotels. Some are hit and miss, but this one is definitely a hit!

The man who checked me in was incredibly helpful, friendly, and seemed genuinely curious to learn more about my company (Owning a decent sized regional trucking company is my lifes achievement).
My room (318) was absolutely immaculate. It's easy to see that the housekeepers worked with pride and were meticulous in making this room spotless! The bed was seamlessly dressed in crisp, fresh scented linens and just as comfortable.
I'm not sure how old the building is, but compared to some of the Comfort Inns that I've been to, it's in amazing shape! It's modern and cozy. My one regret is not getting to enjoy the hot tub, but I will next time (I will definitely be back and reccommending here to my drivers)!
The bar is decently priced, I couldn't drink because of my early start the next day, but I imagine it's standard. Beer is the same wherever you go.
Breakfast was well stocked with a great variety of healthy and fresh options!

I always stay here when I come to Mankato the staff is great the rooms are clean the beds are comfortable they have a bar and you can pay for them to make you a pizza they have a room full of snacks and drinks to buy and their breakfast is awesome try the pancakes from the pancake machine better than home great buttery taste and the bacon is cooked perfectly a lot to choose from on their breakfast spread more than most hotels and the rates are very reasonable

A little late of a review but here it is. The rooms were a good size, very clean and have some appliances in room for use, they have a small bar and convenience court in the lobby area which I did not expect. They have breakfast as most places do and a good selection, jut not large like some places I have been or selections I like and can eat due to my stomach not able to eat some things. You will get 2 charges to your card which they do not mention, one is a small $11 or 12 which is for getting stuff for snacks or the bar(not mentioned but after got it I asked and they explained), if you do not get anything that is refunded to you after checking out. The staff was very nice and it was overall nicer then I expected. It is a good location and we stayed there due to a late event. Definitely will use again and highly recommend.

The staff was really friendly and helpful. The hot tub was nice. The pool isn't very big, but the temperature was perfect, and between myself and two of my friends, plus our collective 7 children, there was plenty of room for us to all swim, and we had a blast! I can't say enough about the continental breakfast. It was amazing! Lots of variety! Waffles, sausage links, scrambled eggs, hard-boiled eggs, biscuits and sausage gravy, fruit, yogurt, toast, pastries, bagels, muffins, coffee, juice, etc. Phenomenal! Thanks for the great service and a comfortable night's stay!

Fantastic stay! Staff were all really nice, free breakfast is honestly the best ever and we will stay here again because of that alone. Room was very clean and spacious too! Loved the little bar and snack area. Whole place is well cared for!

Have you every had a continental breakfast with delicious scrambled eggs? These were excellent and so many other choices. Room was clean, quiet all night. Sheets and towels soft and didn't have any strong smells. Would definitely stay again.

I was already planning a 5-star review based on the incredibly clean room, comfortable bed, friendly check-in service, and solid continental breakfast. We were given even more reasons to be impressed when we discovered that our car's battery was dead. It was incredibly cold out, but the staff was super helpful - finding jumper cables, offering to help push the car so we could reach the jumper cables, and waiting patiently as we tried to find our keys! Thank you so much for a great night's sleep, and a fantastic display of Minnesota helpfulness.

Our baseball team spent a weekend here for a tournament in town. The staff was very friendly and more than accommodating to everything we asked. The hotel was full and this was the first hotel we have every stayed at where the ice machines kept up with the demand (there were 3 others teams staying there as well) Rooms were clean, nice bathrooms, comfy beds and pillows. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Only shortcoming was pool was a bit small yet all the kids enjoyed it.

Stayed at the Hotel for a State Baseball Tournament recently and have NO complaints.

We got to the Hotel around 11:00 - as our game time had been pushed up - and we were all pleasantly surprised to hear that our rooms were ready. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. Every staff member we interacted with at the Hotel was extremely friendly during our stay. No issues with Breakfast and check-in/check-out was a breeze.

We would not hesitate to stay here again if we were in the area.

My family and I decided to stay here after Christmas plans/ traveling no longer being an option for us, the hotel was well kept and had many options for snacks and drinks! We enjoyed the pool area and Dan at the front desk was very helpful with any questions we had! We will definitely be staying again!

The room was very clean staff was friendly the location was close to where we were going. We went to a concert and only spent one night.

Nice, newer hotel off of Hwy 14 in Mankato. The room was a good size with a large bathroom and shower (no tub). The cleanliness of the room and bathroom was impeccable. There is a small on-site bar behind the front desk. The breakfast was basic with cold and hot items and good coffee with a nice selection of various flavored creamers and teas. A nice older lady was continually cleaning up the breakfast and seating area. This hotel could easily carry another hotels branding due to the amenities and cleanliness. Highly recommend if staying in the area.

The lady at the breakfast set up needs some recognition here! The food was hot, counters clean, there were literally no food on the floor or counters that was dropped off of someone's plate. This lady runs a tight ship and it's rare to see someone put in that much effort these days! We will for sure stay there again if back in that area

Stayed in this perfect spot after a long drive on a trip cross country back to New Jersey . Delightful friendly women at the desk. She set us up for the night and a bonus small bar was still open ! Rooms were great spotless , well appointed, and confortable . Beds were terrific and a very nice man even gave us the name of the company they purchased them from! Great breakfast to start our road trip off in the morning . Joann G was like having a friend in the kitchen . Kind conversation, just lovely! Everyone working seemed happy to be a part of this hotel. Such a pleasure to see these days.
Our trip put us in many spots, and most were just fine . This was just great. If your in the area this is the spot to take a rest . Thanks agin everyone !

We always stay at this hotel when visiting the Mankato area! Rooms are clean, staff is friendly, polite and Andrea is a rock star! Front desk service was on point - asking how our stay was and if we needed anything. They offer a nice variety of drinks, snacks and items one may have forgotten; all reasonably priced. The complimentary breakfast provides a nice offering of hot and cold items, a variety of juices, cereals, teas and creamers. JoAnn was the sweetest - busy keeping the kitchen and dining area very clean and making sure the guests were comfortable. I would caution guests that during softball/baseball season, the pool does get overtaken with rough housing kids in the evening. We will be back and would recommend staying here!
