Jack McGowans Farm

You can be a lumberjack, use old fashion for fighting equipment, walk on stilts, or make as jailbreak. So many fun things to do and for a very reasonable suggested donation.

A great place for kids to go to camps. Jack McGowan (and the other volunteers) is owed a great deal of gratitude for his service to the Mankato youth.

My kids go here for a field trip every fall with school. They absolutely love it!

we got lost and ended up here by mistake. We were searching for a pumpkin patch after the one in Shakopee was closed. Best Mistake of Our Lives. We had so much fun here with the kids and me on the zip line. I definitely recommend stopping by here if you like having fun outdoors and have good imagination because you will not be disappointed.

I've always loved going to Jack McGowen's farm. Jack himself is a very nice and cool guy :D I love the cool activities they have for kids. The ONE thing I've always loved about the farm is all the pianos they have! Every time I go there, I always play the pianos there. Kids that go there really enjoy it and sometimes if I'm lucky, there will be another pianist there and we'll play duets! I most definitely recommend this place!

Jack looks great! I love having the church picnics there, I kept my distance, but I shook his hand, Jack lives by faith not fear. GOD BLESS JACK and The McGowan family!

A great place for kids to have fun. I think it's considered a private park, but just call to get reservations or to come help with maintaince. Also good for alcohol free parties and receptions.

Jack is an amazing man who truly let's people have a great time on his farm. There is education everywhere for children and an amazing small town he has built himself. It's worth the stop!!

Great place for old time fun with the kids. Kid friendly cross between Ren Fest and a living history museum.

This was a treasure hidden just outside Mankato. We had a great potluck picnic, with many interesting things for the children to do.

These guys are the most accommodating! Their things to do there are so much fun and the atmosphere is clean!
