Jetter Clean Advanced Drain Cleaning

We had Jetter Clean at our home today. Cody C. was great to work with. He arrived as scheduled and was very thorough in asking questions about our issue and showing what he did afterwards to fix out drain! Great service and company to work with!

Thank you Jason!!! We had problems with our kitchen plumbing for years. Jason found the problem way down deep in the pipes And did an amazing job clearing it. On top of his service he had great customer service skills and an awesome personality.

We had a major sink issue for a couple of days. The sink was filled up all the way up and clogged. The smell as well was not pleasing either. I was stressed, to be honest, but then our guy Jason came in and took care of it with ease. Made the clean-up look easy in minutes. It went way better than expected, and I'm much appreciative of it.

We’ve used Jetter Clean twice now for unplanned visits and I cannot say enough about the service and the people that came out. Most recently Jake last night and Cody on our first issue back in October 2023. Their timely after hour response time and their super strong communication with me throughout the process. I’m calling these two experiences with different experts as who this company is! Highly recommend this team! Great service - hard to find lately. Jetter Clean will be my go to service!

Had a basement pool up from the drain clogged with some roots, Called up and was given told it would likely be next day. Little while later, Randy called and offered to come that day. I was gonna be busy so I said tomorrow would be better, and he got here early to help out. 20 minutes later, drain was cleared out, used the blades to clear some of the roots, and it was a lot less expensive than I was prepared for. This is great service and a good price with great staff. Hey Randy, we'll see you again when it's time for annual cleaning!

I live in North Mankato, MN. Earlier today (Feb 26, 2024) I discovered that the floor drain in my utility room was clogged. I called Jetter Clean in Mankato & they sent Jason over shortly after I called. Jason unclogged the drain in about 20 minutes. He thinks the clog was caused by food from my kitchen sink disposal. He recommended running hot water in the disposal for 2-3 minutes after using the disposal every time I use it. It's great that Jetter Clean has same-day service. Jason was great to work with, solved the problem quickly, & gave me a tip that will hopefully prevent a drain clog in the future.

Cody was a pleasure to work with. He is knowledgeable, professional, courteous. He helped us understand what he was doing and kept us informed. He left our house just as it was when he came. I would recommend Jetter Clean and Cody to anyone who needed their drains cleaned! Thanks, Cody!

Called Jetter Clean about 9AM and they had someone out by 3PM.

Jason was extremely personable, professional, and competent! Fixed my problem and spent time at the end of his day sharing information to help me keep my 50 year old lilac going a few years more.

This morning I made an appointment with Jetterclean and they were able to get me in same day for a main water line "jetted" out for 1:15pm.

I know they get busy so I assumed they'd be shortly after the appointment, but promptly 1:14pm they knocked!

I had Mitch do the job in a quick, professional and clean manner. And I always like to add, you can always tell the owner is good people when the people working for them are kind. Which Mitch was. Thank you!!

I had no idea what to do this morning when a sewer line burst in my basement. I called Jetter Clean and they took care of it all. Jake was VERY helpful in letting me know what he was doing, and why he was doing it, also the cost involved in everything. I hate not knowing how much something will cost me until it's done, but Jake and the Jetter Clean team made sure I knew everything happening.

I will definitely be using them again.

Long review: Worth the read!

I had used Jetter clean last year...and it wasn't a bad experience, but I was a bit upset with the result.

So, when a clogged main line reared it's ugly head again...I tried someone else, they arrived in a U-haul, used a power drill and what looked like bike chains to try and do the work. After more than an hour an only 6 feet into my drain, the guy gave up. And broke the tank lid on the toilet and didn't mention it.

After he left at nearly 5pm, I called Jetter Clean...they said they would have someone to my home by 8:30 this morning.

MITCH & JASON showed up and got right to work. Not only did they get past 6 feet almost immediately, but they worked together to help with my major root issue. They kept me informed the entire time. When it looked like it may exceed the allotted time, they let me know it would cost more-- I told them my budget only allowed for the 2 hours, they completed the job without going over the time limit! They offered additional advice & cleaned up thoroughly.

If you need Jetter Cleans service, ask for the DYNAMIC DUO of Mitch & Jason! They stayed til the job was done! Thanks fellas.

I called and asked for a cleaning expecting it to be weeks out and they came that day. They took care to ensure my house stayed clean. Jason was fast and amazing. I wanted him to jet other pipes also and he took the time to explain he can stay all day but it would be a waste of money. Jason’s knowledge of his trade was amazing and he explained it in a way anyone would understand. Jason was in and out in under and hour. Highly recommend.

Jake came out and helped us last minute and cleaned the drains out when our basement flooded. Did a really good job and then told me that a less expensive drain cap would be just fine for what we needed. Will call again if we ever need to.

Jetter Clean took care of the frozen drain in our son’s mobile home quickly, professionally, and reasonably priced. Jason was on time, explained what he was doing and gave us advice to help solve the problem in the future. Solid guy and solid company.

We had drain issues in the kitchen at Bayside Manor. Jason showed up on short notice very accommodating. He looked at what we had going on for setup quick and next thing I knew Jason was blasting the clog away. Very professional and extremely informative of what he found and recommended preventative measures for the future. Thank you so much.

Mitch helped us clean our main line after a minor back up. He was able to come out right away the next morning, was on time, and efficient. He was knowledgeable, quick, and even cleaned up after himself. Great service.

Great service and staff. Was dealing with a backed up floor drain in the basement over the weekend and called them Monday morning. They had Ben to my place a few hours later and he had the problem solved within an hour. His customer service was great and everything was fairly priced.

Cody was my technician, he was very timely and got right to work. I had main sewage drain backing up into my basement and he opened the clog and sent his camera down to find a tree root breaking my piping. Located the spot of the break and cleaned up after himself extremely well. Thanks Cody for a job well done.

Jake from Mankato MN Jetter clean showed up on time, assessed what needed to be done and explained it to us. He prepped the work area by laying a walk path of towels “stitched together like a hollywood red carpet” and wore shoe booties the entire time. He quickly got to work, getting our kitchen drain line rapidly unplugged. After cleaning it he reconnected the drain pipe and replaced a leaking seal. Then he moved downstairs and cleaned our main sewer line in the house as well as out to the street. He explained what he was doing and why throughout the job, which we really appreciated as we (my wife) had several (MANY) questions. Thank you Jetter Clean for having such a great employee!! 5 stars for Jake and Jetter.
