After visiting several bed stores, we found ourselves at mattress factory. The individual that we met was informative and very straightforward. After a few frustrating attempts so identify the right bet at other stores. We were quickly able to settle in and make a deal. That was both wallet friendly and honored what we needed.

This store was absolutely amazing! Perfect service and Dennis was beyond helpful. He not only walked us around the store, but he was honest and got us a great deal. Would 100% recommend this store to anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable mattress.

I dreaded shopping for a new bed. There's just so many options and price points to choose from. When Dennis from the Edgemont store saw me come in, he simply asked if he could steer me in a certain direction. He immediately figured out what I was looking for and what I needed. No pressure whatsoever. He let me take my time and try out different options and answered all my questions. Once I made my decision, which was so much easier than I thought, he guided me through the financing process and scheduled the delivery. I wish all my major purchases could be that easy. We had a great experience at the Mattress Factory. Went in with our kids, and Dennis not only was super helpful, full of info (but not on top of us), and patient, but also engaged with our kids, which was super helpful. What usually would have been an hour of hearing our kids complain, turned into a "fun" trip to pick out mattresses! Great selection and reasonable prices as well. Also, flexible with buying our mattresses now, and letting us wait awhile on delivery. Highly recommend and will definitely come again.

We were in another store prior and the salesperson was not helpful at all so we be ended up at The Mattress Factory in Newtown Square and Dennis welcomed us, letting us look around first and answer questions.

As we narrowed down our selection, he was there to talk about the different options for firmness as well as adjustable frames. Then he had us try another one which was comparable in comfort but saved us $2,700! He could have just sold us the one we were thinking of but his suggestion was perfect.

He then left to let us discuss without him there, which is important. Sold!

We will definitely come back here in 20 years for our next mattress (if we're still alive!)

My wife and I were very pleased with our experience at The Mattress Factory in Newtown Square. Brad greeted us immediately and introduced himself when we entered the store. He gave us his full attention, and asked all the right questions about our mattress preferences. He then showed us, and invited us to try various brands of mattresses, and foundation options. We never felt rushed, and appreciated that Brad stepped away far enough to allow us privacy to discuss our thoughts about each product we tried. We ended up purchasing the very first mattress Brad had shown us. Which confrmed he had really listened well when he inquired about our mattress preferences.

Great experience. My wife and I loved working with Dennis to get the best mattress for our little Girl!
