Nate in the paint section was so helpful! I never had service like that at any hardware store. He has exceptional customer service skills. Was very knowledgeable about all of the products available in the store and helped us choose the right product for us. Nate is the perfect Home Depot brand representative

Robert in the plumbing department of the home Depot in Broomall PAal has always been and continues to be extremely helpful. He even provides helpful guidance for non plumbing questions.

I went to the store to pick up 25 boxes of tile and a large shower door. Noah and Tyler helped ensure my order was correct and load everything into my van. They were courteous and very helpful, and funny too. Great customer experience.

Great experience with customer service department, patient with prior customer doing a 1 hour return of many small items (this is where a do it yourself kiosk would not cost HD so much in labor on a liberal return policy that a customer clearly wasted his own time 2x buying a hundred small items and going through the return line). My issue was getting around a delivery cost issue (again the root problem is departments act as isolated entities so one purchase in one dept is not credited toward free delivery level in another same-trip purchases). Customer service rep patiently did magical workarounds (requiring supervisor assist) that meant a lot for a customer spending over $700 on mostly appliances.

Everyone here seems to genuinely enjoy their jobs. I appreciate everyone's assistance and expertise. Always well stocked, clean. Parking lot angles can be challenging as seeing customers with carts can be obstructed. Love Home Depot.

Great selection of necessities for several DIY projects. Tim and both Hermans were a great help! Got all my pressure treated lumber cut and loaded.

Amazing customer service from Lisette this afternoon! We arrived at Home Depot and were greeted with a warm welcome! She asked few questions and we bought an LG knock Fridge! Thank you a wonderful shopping experience!

On Sunday, I needed help with bed slates and I went to the Home Depot in Broomall. I had no idea what I need and I was helped by Herman and Dave in the lumbar department. They were both so friendly and made sure that I left with the pieces that I needed. Herman even drilled the holes in the correct spot so that I would have an easier time putting them back on my bed. Customer service like this is what makes a repeat customer. I will always choose the Broomall location just because of the service I received!!!!!

The customer service here is definitely a step above most other home improvement stores. They have gone above and beyond multiple times to help over the past couple of years.

This place has been the go to for all of my home improvement needs and they've been beyond excellent. Products are typically in stock, the prices are fair, the app makes it easy to find things, and the staff I've interacted with have been both helpful and extremely friendly. As an owner of a fixer upper I am greatly appreciative of this store and all of the quality products they sell. As a few special shout outs their selection of power tools from brands like Ryobi for the home DIY and Milwaukee for contractors (or those extreme DIY tasks) is brilliant as is their quality Behr paint and accessories. They also offer in store pickup, the store is handicap accessible, and there is plenty of parking.

I ordered online for in-store pickup and was pleasantly surprised when it was ready the same day. My order was very heavy so several associates helped load it into my car. They were all kind and very helpful. Overall, an excellent shopping experience.

As a painting contractor, I have been purchasing paint and supplies from the Home Depot for years.
I have been more than pleased with the helpfulness of the paint department. One employee who stands out is Bill Miles who has gone over and above providing courteous service. He is professional and friendly answering all my questions about products.
Highly recommend the Broomall store.

Cathy on the MET Team helped me to find what I was looking for. She was very patient with me while I was trying to explain the project I was doing. she went out of her way to try and show me a few things that might work with my project. Cathy was extremely helpful, positive and informative. She was very nice and polite and did not rush me at all. Customer service was exceptional!! She helped my project to become a success! I will definitely be going back to this store!

Easy to park no lines quick check out and they have missed everything you need

Home Depot must have reorganized the store since I was last there and they did a great job. I use their app to find what I need and the isle and location are clearly marked. The only issue I had was they did not have the product in stock on the shelf as listed on their app. My guess is the product was there but not restocked yet. I would have found someone to search for it but I did not have the time to wait. I got everything I needed except for one item. The store was also much cleaner with less clutter than I have ever seen before. I would always recommend Home Depot and now the Broomall store more than before. Paul

Ok I have to give the biggest shout out to Brian Carfrey at this Home Depot location. We are newbys to all things home renovation. We shopped around and looked at other places like Empire for flooring etc. Not only did we get MUCH higher level materials at a much better price but the service and help Brian offered was just beyond. He delivered materials himself to help make sure we had everything we needed for a job. He patiently helped walk us through each step of the process and we are so far very please with the installation company they use. We also worked with several different store staff and they are all so kind and professional! We were blown away and will be using the broomall home depot for many more of our future home renovations!
