Panera Bread

On January 15th around 4pm I wanted a decaf coffee with almond milk and the young lady working the front was the most friendly and courteous service person I have encountered in a very long time. She brewed me a pot of decaf and put some almond milk in my cup. I wished I could tell her manager how much I appreciated her demeanor and service!

The macaroni and cheese is my favorite dish by far. Typically, I would get it with the chicken almond napa sandwich but sometimes I don't. However, I did get parfait as a side. I did not eat it yet because the macaroni was quite satisfactory. Either way, I never have any complaints about anything from the stores. Good stuff. :) Plus, the atmosphere is always soft and cozy, perfect for comfort; and never overstimulating.

Stopped at Penera Bread. Ordered the Green Goddess Salad with chicken. Your salads are always fresh. Service is friendly and always quick, from the girls that take the order to the kitchen. Love Panera!

It's always nice here. The food is actually very good. However, it is expensive as well, unfortunately.

I eat here frequently, usually a few times a week, and have never had anything I haven't liked. Bakery display is beautifully tempting, though a bit picked over after the lunch rush, and even earlier on weekends. Most of the cashiers are exceptionally friendly, and even greet regulars by name. Though lines sometimes appear long, they move very quickly.

Excellent costumer service. The woman who served us (I believe her name was Isaiah), (pretty, petite with reddish hair) deserves a raise. She was so sweet and helpful when ordering.

Took my son here for lunch yesterday, and it was pretty good. Didn’t wait long for food, got our order 100% right, and we loved our food. Definitely will return to this location in the future.

Clean, food was pretty good, but sloppy 😋 stopped here after having God awful food at Country Squire Diner

So my general opinion of Panera Bread is a restaurant with very yummy food made by a bunch or rude morons. I was expecting the same from this location, I was proven wrong. A polite and intelligent manager took my order quickly and when I picked up the food, everything was correct, which for me is truly a first... well a first for this year and its December 30th today. I had boycotted Havertown (see my review) and never get an order right at Springfield. Granite Run is normally good too but a bit out of the way for me. Anyhow, the Broomall location is clean, pretty good size with a very nice place to eat in the rear and the staff seem to have a brain. So from now on I am going to eat at this location and you should too even if its a bit out of the way. Don't give many 5 star review but this location deserves it!

If anyone is where I went from Springfield Store I was recruited fron Karen to help her make her in Broomall Location. I will be missing ALL my customers in Springfield and my former co-workers. Let me know what you think or feel about your stay at Broomall when/if you stop in. Please stop me if you see me and tell me what we need to improve in and I will work my hardest to make it happen. I placed many orders through the store online. Their menu is updated so if something is out of stock it will tell you. Wonderful friendly staff.

Chicken noodle soup needs to be a little thicker. It has to much broth and not enough chicken and noodles. It used to be thicker when they first opened, now it is more watered down

This place is always clean, has friendly service , & has thee most amazing blueberry muffins ever !!

Food is good. The team members are welcoming and patient with our game night group.
