Great pet store for food and supplies for all types of pets. They have an Adoption Center which helps local shelters showcase their cats and kittens who are looking for a forever home.

I rarely need to shop in person at a pet store but I needed some last-minute fish supplies to empty my deck pond and save the mosquito fish. A very helpful woman took be from place to place, helping me find the nets, and the water conditioner. I could tell she was busy so I appreciated her help. At the checkout I wasn't sure if my phone number was still registered and I was delighted that it was so I got half price on the tiny aquarium. It was a very positive experience.

Giving PetSmart a good rating but the ACDC cat adoption volunteer was the worst. I came to get my puppy a treat after her vet visit. There were a few kittens for adoption the day I was there and I was considering rescuing one. I had just walked up to the enclosure when the volunteer began yelling at me to move back. I wasn't sure what was going on so I backed up a bit but I was still trying to look at the cats. The volunteer then came out of the cat room and started berating me for bringing my dog to a pet friendly pet store. She called my five month old puppy a "giant monster". My puppy wasn't jumping or barking nor did she have her paws on the glass, she was sitting right next to me. I'm a huge cat lover but also a responsible dog owner, I wouldn't let the dog stay there if she was acting crazy and was causing the cats any excess fear or stress. If that ACDC pet volunteer was so worried about the cats she should have been happy to see one go to a loving home but instead I had to go because she didn't like the fact my dog was at PetSmart

Broomall PetSmart has the most friendliest knowledgeable associates. It's relieving to know that when I go to get my pet supplies that it will be a successful yet enjoyable visit that will not only make me happy but my pets will be pleased as well. The employees here are extremely kind and are some of the best I’ve experienced in a pet store. They also seem to care for the animals well and have a good set of offerings in the store for many pet kinds. Highly recommend!

Didn’t shop at this particular location but while in the parking lot for another store, I observed a PetSmart employee helping carry an elderly couples pet supplies to their car 🥹 very kind to help a customer in this way!

I picked up some stuff for my 3 red sliders and my cat skeeter. As always the staff is friendly and helpful.

We just finished a 6 week puppy class for our dog Tucker. Olivia was our trainer and she is very good at what she does. The classes were always fun and our dog came away with new tricks every time. The classes are well worth the cost. Thank you Olivia for doing such an awesome job. We also would sometimes stop in to get his nails clipped before classes and the guys in grooming who did it were always really nice and did a great job of fitting him in quickly so he wasn’t late for class. The cashiers are nice too. This is a great location and the associates make it great.

The best store for our dogs . Always product in stocks. Our dogs love the grooming as well. The staff are so nice to our dogs. The store manager Jena always ask us is there anything I can do for you. Such a nice young lady.

You wouldn't make a mistake if you went in there because they have everything and if you need help with anything it's right there

Went here to look at the kitties. People who worked there were nice. I got asked 3 times if I needed help and i wasn't even there to buy anything. Saw this adorable guy though!

Training classes are great and Fun!

Courteous and prompt service. I ordered online and received notification within an hour that my dog products were ready for in store pick up. Arrived at PetSmart, rang the bell, and was immediately greeted by salesperson. She retrieved my order quickly! Very friendly service too!

Great place, a lot of variety.

The grooming salon does an excellent job on my shepherd mix. The entire staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I trust them caring for my dog Lucy. She receives the furminator which really keeps the shedding down quite a bit. I have been using petsmart grooming salon for years now.

I have never had such wonderful customer service anywhere in my entire life. I came in & was greeted right away, the gentleman who helped me went & got a shopping cart for me, put the heavy items in the cart for me, gave me knowledgeable advise, price matched, signed me up for rewards/coupons, ect. There is nothing this young man could have done differently.

Great & Friendly staff! Always so helpful. Had our pups nails trimmed for the 1st time and the girls were wonderful. Very kind & gentle they could tell he was a bit scared. We will be back!
