The Food was Good as usual, very friendly service !!!

Staff works fast... order is filled with speed. Window staff is most courteous .....they are the face of the restaurant and they do it with a smile .

Superior McDonald’s located in Broomall with a double car drive thru and mobile ordering parking spots. They have a great rewards program with daily deals, fast ordering and service, and always fresh, hot fries here.

Jason Kelce is great, and he gave me a free signed jersey with my egg McMuffin. Solid fellow!

I always use the drive thru so two things to me get you five stars. How quick the line moves, and how freshly prepared the food is u can always tell the difference. They hit the mark on both.

Helpful and cordial staff. Neat and clean and spacious too. Adequate parking space. Easy to access being at the cross roads with multiple entry and exit. Two places to order while driving through.

The food was quick and it was very clean!

There was only one car ahead of me in just a moment I was up to the order window The girl took my order and I pulled around the corner thinking the other car was at the window paying their bill they were gone they were up at the other window to receive their food... I had to rush to get Mike money to give to the girl she was so fast... I was in and out in I would say two to maybe 3 minutes at the most... This is the McDonald's on route 3 Westchester Pike in broomall... Clean facility I've eaten inside excellent and the staff are really fast... They had a special quarter pounder with cheese and for $1 you got the Big Mac... Burp... Lol

I’m a single mommy of two beautiful girls that just came into our local McDonald’s to have an early dinner/after school snack an to hear all about there 100 day week!!
As we got to the counter to pay I was a few dollars short an super embarrassed!
Then here comes Ms. Veronika who runs the show to say “It’s okay!! McDonald’s got you an whatever else you want tonight!”

Thank you to Ms.Veronika an her daughter Veronika an staff for not only filling our bellies up but also for warming our hearts!!!

It's just like every McDonald's, but that's not a bad thing, food is always as expected, the service is VERY quick.

My co worker did lunch pick up for the job and my meal's burger was under cooked. I called the store directly and immediately was able to speak to a representative, I explained my dilemma and how I wasn't mobile to get another burger ...y'all they sent out a store representative to my work site and gave me a new meal with lil extra token of sorry ( sweet token at that lol ...pies!!) I'm still stunned I've never had level of care from a fast food joint like this before it just shows what customer satisfaction is and means to this site...to the supervisor Jerry I believe thank you again really made my day and made me the talk of the class lol appreciate y'all!!!

Although I'm super scared to eat this oreo mcflurry for it may have boogers or spit in it- yall fixed my problem the second I complained and I am grateful for it. Half an hour to wait for a mcflurry makes me sad but a free sandwich is way more than enough compensation so thank you. I did a short 10 year stint in fast food, including a few at McDonald's, and I know the dangers of complaining to certain staff so I'm going to feed this mcflurry to someone else for my safety.

Great experience. The food is hot and fresh. However, sometimes late night, the fries are not fresh. I also like how convenient the ordering screens are inside. The service is 5/5 and the food is 4/5. Would definitely recommend.

My cousin just got a colonoscopy and wanted something to eat. You gave him two sausage sandwiches and orange juice. For him it was amazing. It was close to lunch time and he was so greatful.

Wow this restaurant was very clean the workers word Pleasant helpful fast and efficient. I highly recommend this restaurant if you are in a rush and need hot fast food this is the McDonald's to go to! Very well pleased grateful there's a fast food restaurant that is up to my expectations I will gladly go back and recommend it to my friends and family. Thank you so much for picking a perfect mixture a professional and pleasant team members to take care of the public. Kudos to the owners everything was spot on!!!!!

Last time i stopped here it was so so. Wow
The young lady managing the place had it running like a finely tuned machine! Counter orders were going out 2 at a time and fast. I was 5th in line, I had my order and on my way in 5 min. I'm 60 years old,when I started going to McD's hamburger sales were in the millions on the sign out front. This is the smoothest McD's I've ever been in. Nicely done

One of the most organized and fast McDonald’s I’ve seen in PA. Huge parking lot, clean restrooms, self ordering kiosk. They offer table service as well. Great

I really like this food joint. Since it remodeled, it has added touch screens to order your food. You can still order at the counter if you want though. The touch screens are slightly confusing at first, but like I did, you'll adapt to the changes. This being said, the McDonald's workers are probably used to people asking them how to work these, and are more than happy to help!!

Was only here for a door dash. Nice employees, weird atmosphere kind of like the chrome krusty crab... seemed more like the european idea of mcdonalds instead of the american. No trash on the floor very clean weird modern kiosks and design.

This is the best McDonald's I have ever been to. EVERY ENTIRE PERSON THAT Work's THERE IS POLITE.they get you thru the drive thru in seconds and the fry's are always hot. Who ever runs trains the people here keep up the good work. I wish I could give 10 stars.
