I absolutely love this thrift store. They always have the best prices and items! Awesome place to find used furniture and other household items. They have great deals on all types of furniture - couches, tables, chairs, rugs, etc. Make sure to visit their "Lavender Room" where all items are 50% off.

Agreed with another guide who wrote about being ready to take home the items that day. They are not very keen on holding thing for you. Understandable though - since they have so many new items coming in on a regular basis.

This thrift store recently relocated to Cheshire Bridge - and I am happy they did! Now they have even more space than before and the parking area is now easily accessible. They also support a great cause and community.

Enjoyed shopping here today. All items were reasonably priced and the furniture/art deals were great. Didn't end up buying anything today, but would stop by again.

Give, donate to this thrift which supports Vets on Cheshire Bridge Rd. Back location! Behind Las Magaritas Restaurant (now closed). Wonderful folks and they provide tax receipts. Goodwill gets the bulk of donations let's support the smaller places.

Wonderful experience donating items! Blair had me send photos of my furniture to be donated and then promptly called back to schedule. The truck driver Keith and his grandson Corey called me before arrival to say they were on the way, were extremely professional, and loaded up all of our donations (lots of heavy furniture - multiple sofas, desks, and dressers) with a smile! I cannot say enough good things about Step Up!

I reached out to Step Up after Habitat couldn’t pick up my donation and recommended them. I booked them via text but then got nervous after reading reviews. Today they picked up my stuff and I could not have had a better experience. They went above and beyond. My donation was the result of a loved one’s passing. It’s been a difficult time but Step Up made this part easier. Thank you!!

Can't say enough good things about the process of making a donation. Closing out a relative's estate, they come within the week, honored the time they said they'd come and the two men were friendly and professional. THANK YOU for making a difficult family task a little easier!!!

Awesome thrift store! Workers are so nice and they have a good array of items with great prices. Any bad reviews are simply people wanting to donate trash and get upset when 'Step Up' refuses to take it. I encourage everyone to stop by here and support their work!

I'm just reading the reviews and it's quite sad that people actually have the audacity to attempt to scandalize the name and reputation of people whom I've known both personally and professionally for years. Atlanta Step Up Society does exactly what the Mission Statement says it does and it helps and aids disadvantage individuals to become more stable and productive members of society amongst other things. And to add to that I used to pickup donations for Mr. Barber some years ago and who people really need to be calling is Waste Management and not Atlanta Step Up Society because he's not in the business to pickup trash.

Many of you have probably heard me rant plenty about Step Up Atlanta's (and the world's) best thrift store, but for those who haven't, listen up. This is the best thrift store ever!
I've gotten tons of my furniture, beds, fixtures, fabric rolls, camping equipment, lighting, washers, dryers, appliances all for INCREDIBLY CHEAP. It's also a super nice easy place to donate your great stuff that you don't have room for (just drop it off).

All their stuff is in constant flux, so if you see nothing on one day, come back in a day or two and you might just find a $2000 motorized adjustable desk for $15 (as i just did!)

They don't deliver stuff, but are SUPER HELPFUL (though they have the hardened character of running the best thrift store in town). They will call up all their buddies, and if one is available to help with his or her truck, they will help you deliver stuff, carry into your apartment, and you can support these random guys with just a couple bucks! They also will give out good contacts for buying artisan renewed washers and dryers or even vehicles.

Everynow and then, some weird store closes or something and they will have a surplus of stuff that they will sell for UNREASONABLY CHEAP (last year i bought tons of huge mint-condition projector screens for 99cents each!)

This place is a diamond in the ruff. Sure the property could use some TLC but the merchandise is very good. I found a nice 5 bedroom suite! I will definitely return and recommend to others.

For the lady who complained about not being able to donate something, i am sure it was trash. This is an unique thrift store with amazing pieces. And they are nice and it is affordable. Based on how nasty your reply was, i am certain you was trying to donate trash instead of throwing it in a dumpster.

My favorite thrift store PERIOD! I have gotten almost brand new couch for $25. Name brand clothing for $1 during their tag sales! Somedays you find nothing but other days you get some real finds. Merchandise changes daily.

You might remember this store from Ponce and Monroe. It reincarnated off Cheshire Bridge better than ever. You'll find unique items, jewelry and good pieces of furniture.

The best thrift store in all of Atlanta. The staff is friendly and the store has great prices on upscale furniture, household items and clothing.

Always try to stop by this place because the inventory can be full of surprises. Never know what you might find. The customer service however, can be spotty depending on the mood of the proprietor.
