Store is huge, very helpful & friendly staff, lots of choices, everything looked fresh, & rotated properly. I got my crab legs w Old Bay! Yay!

I decided to try out ShopRite for the first time since it opened recently. I usually shop at stop & shop down the block from this one. Figured I'd give it a try and I made a good choice. The selection was phenomenal, the prices are better than average and the quality of the food, meats, fish, deli are unsurpassed. The store was very clean, the staff was very helpful, it was organized, the fishmonger was extremely helpful with choosing fish and friendly. Decided to make this a quick trip and it helped that the layout of the store was pretty good. Temperature in the store was set to cool but it didn't bother me as I'd rather it be cooler than hotter, especially given that it's the summer and food will also stay fresher when it's cooler. The check out process was quick and while the store was just a bit crowded, the lines seemed to move quickly. Not an issue with this store per se, but the parking lot layout is horrendous. Parking lot design is just not really laid out well.

To sum it up, better prices than stop & shop and most other supermarkets, quality seems better, selection is fantastic.

Update: All is still well, as before, however, their sandwich selection and deli department seems to be frequently closed or out of items, mostly by the end of the night. I used to pick up a few sandwiches after work and they were always in-stock, but since Dec 2021, they are almost always sold out (or not made for the day).

Clean and well stocked. Decent prices.

Staff is always pretty friendly but the store layout leaves a little to be desired, the fresh produce and some of the cold stuff is at the entrance and the dry goods are in the middle making it kind of awkward to smoothly transition from dry to cold to checkout. Not a major issue, just mildly annoying.

Great Location, and good staff. This place is definitely well managed! Nothing like the Bay Shore and Patchogue locations.

I love ShopRite. They have everything I always need. And if they don't they order it for me. A little upset they got rid of the California pizza. (MARGARITA STYLE) Which they originally got in for me. Always friendly and helpful. Much better then stop-n-shop. Better prices ✔

Great store good values, needs a larger parking lot with more handicap spaces

This ShopRite has so many natural and/organic products! To me, seems like much more so than the Selden ShopRite. Just seems to be more of a variety. The produce is so beautiful (altho I find the setup of the produce section to be slightly confusing and like they had to cram everything in a small space) and the store is so clean.
My only gripe is the parking lot. It's very unsafe as far as where they have and , more importantly, DON'T have stop signs. I feel like it's just an accident waiting to happen.
But...I still love this location. I've been able to find my favorite vegan and vegetarian food products and natural and cruelty free toiletries. The meats are also super fresh. I have yet to try the fish department but once I do, I will update my review

Elderly mom unload her cart into her trunk this Wednesday. She had stocked up at can-can, all heavy stuff, and was really grateful for the help! And he had a cheery disposition throughout! Great customer service!

Ok, so shout out to Andrew!!! I was at this Shop Rite tonight ordering a fresh cold cut... it’s somewhat after hours and I must say, everyone was so nice and SO HELPFUL! The girl at the deli made sure she had someone meet me over at the cold cuts area, and the guys there were so amazingly nice and accommodating... if I had a business I would hire people like those 3 and do whatever it takes to keep them... the guy making my sandwich went from place to place to make sure my sandwich was perfect, and I had freshly cut he had the deli cut up fresh meat for me and searched for me to let me know what other options I had, he helped me be a smart shopper by letting me know which combo would make a more cost effective purchase.... he was so accommodating adding oil and red wine wine vinegar on the side for me and taking the time to write down my complicated order to make sure he got everything right! What great service!!! He was so awesome that I had to go back and get his name, his name is Andrew, thanks Andrew!

Always a good visit. Got a friend who moved to Ronkonkoma to shop there. Now she loves it too.

Finally, after 3+ years waiting. As many time as I go there, I always bother the staff and they always help and go above and beyond, specially all the DAIRY staff (I'm not good with names). Great job guys. Keep up the good work. Mr. Gallagher THUMBS UP TO YOUR STAFF, Specially the RONKONKOMA location.

Everything is brand new and clean. The store is a challenge to navigate and becoming more familiar with the layout will be helpful. It is a welcome addition to the community. The staff has always been very courteous and helpful.

Very Clean. The hot food bar was fantastic. Produce was fresh. Didn't go to the deli yet, but I will, looked like it had everything. Questioned whether I would try, but glad that I did!!

Great selection, not too crowded. Location is great, too. I'll stop by for 1-2 things & walk out with a bag full of stuff that I didn't know needed, but will definitely use! 😆😉

I usually go to the nearby Stop and Shop, but I'm looking some of the deli and salad options here better. However one big negative at this site: poorly organized parking. Somewhat dangerous I'd say. Check out street view to see what I'm talking about.

I've been coming here for the last year and have had a great experience every time. I leave getting exactly what I went in for and the cashiers are always nice and fun to talk to. I prefer coming here over anywhere else.

I have nothing against this ShopRite or any of the employees here. This place is always stocked and I come here all the time. But if I can rate that parking lot, I would give it zero stars…People need to slow down!!!
