Phenomenal staff and mechanics. Stopped here while passing through the area when my car started rattling randomly. They quickly identified and fixed the issue and sent me on my way in less than 15 minutes without charging me a penny!

If I were local to the area, this would be the place I take my car every time!

The people at Eagle Tire made my bad day so much better. I was stranded after the clutch went out in my car, and Eagle Tire took wonderful care of me. They had amazing communication and were so kind as they found the problems and fixed them up. The people really made all the difference. I truly felt taken care of, and when I got my car back it was good as new! Really can’t recommend them enough. Absolutely incredible place.

They are great. Fast and upfront about everything

One of the only auto repair shops I unquestionably trust. I'll go to Eagle for as long as I can. The folks are as honest as they get, and run the business under a rarely seen set of ethics and concern for their customers. If you bring a car in with an issue, if the repair doesn't result in the performance or quality they expected, they will not call you until they figure it out. They will keep it a few days if that's what it takes, as long as the customer is ok with it. No, they don't run the meter the entire time, they charge you for the time it SHOULD have taken, and do the job right!

I have been going to Eagle Tire on Rt. 260 for oil changes, tires, car repairs (major and minor), windshields, etc.for probably 15 years. I won't go anywhere else. They are trustworthy on pricing, a friendly atmosphere, and they have gone above and beyond to fit me in on a couple mornings when they've been busy and I've had a flat tire. I highly recommend them if you are new to the area or not happy with where you're currently going....or even if you are happy with where you're currently going.

I recently went here for new tires on my 2018 GMC Sierra Denali and my entire experience from the initial phone to inquire about the tires, price and availability all the way to when the job was completed was Absolutely AMAZING- The level of customer service this has on display is like nothing I’ve every experienced before. They were able to get the tires for my vehicle that TireRack could not get.

Fast, Friendly and Courteous Service with a smile. I had an issue with my Credit Card issuer (Tire Rack) and they were instrumental in assisting me in getting that issue ironed out.

Have been using Eagle Tire since they came to Calvert County. The staff is always pleasant and courteous. But the best part of their service is they get it right and their prices are reasonable. Took our 2008 Cadillac DTS to them. They tuned it up and changed out the rotors and pads and told us one of our rear shocks was locked up. They fixed it all again at a reasonnable price and the car is really better now than when we bought it in 2009. Thanks to Robbie and staff for their great honest service. If you want straight talk about what your cars problems are and fixed right use Eagle tire .

Always friendly, timely, and honest. Usually when I am given an estimate the work ends up costing LESS. I have never had it cost more. They took time to explain the details of what was wrong. I know very little about cars so I appreciate that they will explain it clearly to me but not treat me like an idiot. They go out of their way to find parts that will save you money. Really trustworthy. I highly recommend them, even though that could mean they get too busy for me to get in. Lol

Always pleased with Eagle Tire. My last visit was very stressful-- going through a major life event and, of course, I get a flat tire after only about a year of a brand new set. The owner was patient with me as I had a mini meltdown and was fast and professional. They always are. Today they put a new set on my friend's truck and took care of my tire light (I SWEAR I had pressed the same button, but it didn't work for me!). I would recommend them any day. They are always honest, fair, and pleasant to deal with. Thanks.

Had to bring in my wife's SUV to have a front-end alignment and front bumper fixed after she was ran off of a very narrow road. Eagle did the front alignment...and went so far as to have a Ford tech come in from another business to fix the bumper without us having to take it to another establishment. Very good service overall.

Always excellent service! Don't waste your time trying out, Mr. Tire or Granados, they won't be as good or fairly priced.

We’ve been customers of Eagle Tire for over 15 years! They’re always super friendly and extremely helpful. I’ve called in an emergency situations more than once and they’ve always done their best to accommodate my needs.

I've had oil changes done, transmission flushes done, and brake work too. Very nice staff who politely informed me that I needed shocks in a low key way but no pressure when I declined. Great place for tires!
