Jessica is awesome!! She's the main reason I kept coming back! They give fair prices and they work with you if you're going to be a day or two late on renewing your pawn, they also call you to remind you before they do anything with your jewelry. I also had a bracelet repaired here and they did a great job on that too!

Supurb customer service!!

I've came to this shop 3x all well before closing time and their blinds have been down w their doors locked but theyll still have their "open" sign up! It makes absolutely no sense. Today, as of right now, I am sitting in my car at 1620 (4:20) and their open sign is on and it says (along w google) that they're open until 1800 (600). I highly would NOT recommend this place! Like what is the point in having set hours of operation and then refuse to obey them? I'm highly upset w the amount of gas I waste driving here when they're always closed when they are supposed to be open!

Sign clearly says that they close at 6pm 🤦‍♀
