Had chicken from them, they had it warmed up, however, it was undercooked and taste was very bad as it was old chicken. Had to garbage the whole chicken.

Can’t stand this store. Never honor sale prices and act like they have no idea what you’re saying or what you’re talking about.

I was humiliated and received the worst customer service possible. I bought some cookies and when I got out to my car, I ate one and it was stale. I went back in to see if I could get another pack and he could just trash the bad ones. He was very rude and said he could not because they were opened. I told him, I would not have known they had gone bad until I tried one. I feel it is so unfair that a customer is forced to settle for stale food that is beyond his or her fault. Why should I suffer the consequences of their store selling stale food? How much of a financial hit would it have been just to give a very loyal customer another pack? I believe great customer service is worth a lot more than a $1.50 or so. As a very loyal customer of that 7 Eleven location, I will never patronize them again. It’s not the money I am concerned about but the poor level of customer service, disrespect, and not even caring.

Lied about prices, wouldn't give me the price shown. Charged $2.50 instead of 1.79

Out of iced coffee AGAIN. I told the people working there and got no response. So I told them Again....still nothing. 7-11 Has gone downhill fast.
