They didn't have the part in stock. Without me asking immediately told me which stores nearby had it in stock and how many they had in the computer system. The associate then gave me his opinion on the accuracy of those individual stores inventory. The store he recommended is further away but had more inventory and accuracy, in his opinion, than the first store.

Side note: I heard him answer the phone. He was very professional. He didn't just say AutoZone, please hold. He said can you hold. He waited for them to answer. He then told them the name of the associate that would be picking up the phone to help them. I have never even had an auto parts store wait for me to say yes I will hold.

Went to Autozone this afternoon on a rainy day. I was kindly assisted by Amin who I asked if he can assist with installing the lightbulb as I have had issues in the past with installing. Amin C. and his co worker didn’t hesitate to help me with installing. The manager of the location even came and assisted. All 3 gentleman that were there were all very kind and helpful in assisting my mother in installing the lightbulb. They went above and beyond, great customer service, because of them is why would continue to shop at this location only. Please give all three of them a raise! I work in management and all three of them showed customer service that you just can’t find anymore. Thanks guys!

These guys are really top notch! They were completely slammed with customers and not enough employees. Kevin the manager had a real level head and took care of business like a pro. I highly recommend this AZ location. Sure the products can be found slightly cheaper somewhere else but the fact that they help install basic items like batteries makes it well worth it. Kudos guys, you’re a shining example of customer service.

Extremely helpful staff. I bought a battery 1year, 6 months. The battery stopped keeping the charge. The staff was able to give me a full refund, minus the Core battery. Wow.

The professional service provided by Armoni Roberts at # 3497 location outweighed any customer service I have ever received. My battery was dead and without his help I would not have had any transportation.

Hey these guys were awesome I had a good conversation with the cashier. The manager also was super cool and He went above and beyond in explaining my car part options. The customer service at this location has gone up incredibly.

Very friendly people

They always seem to have everything I ask for and it's the bed place to buy my Mechanic gloves. They'll even order those "specialized" use Mechanic gloves if the rep is in the area making rounds. I never leave empty handed that's all I know.

The manager Marie Makal had great customer service. She assisted me my issue with grace. Autzone is blessed to have her on their team.
