A few weeks ago, I purchased windshield wipers for my Ford F-150. I do not drive the truck on a regular basis, but when I did drive it in the rain, the wipers were not working as they should. I went back to explain what happened and Caesar, Tim and another young man whose name I forgot, were extremely helpful! They diagnosed the problem (the young man that sold me the wipers sold me the wrong size) and installed the correct sized wipers for me. They were all very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I am always so appreciative when I receive great customer service because it has unfortunately become such a rare action these days.

Probably the auto parts store with the coolest workers in the world. They were very helpful and courteous. I found the tire shine, that I have been hoping to find, here. The first non-restaurant store to let me use the bathroom too. Great store!

Very helpful staff. I love that I can go in and simply tell them the make and model of the car and they can tell me exactly what I need and even go get it for me. They also off military discounts of ten percent and I get coupons all the time. Decent ones too. Plus the prices are not that bad either. And it's extremely convenient for me, just right around the corner.

Great guys. Great store very friendly. They'll fine exactly what you need. The opposite of Autozone up the street. If you need to find your way out of a paper bag this is the place.

The professionlism by the employee Rickey S exceed any customer service EVER received. He help assist me with what oil he recommended was need for my 2004 Jeep when I had no idea. Best service at store 08591 in Upper Marlboro, MD. Make sure he knows.

Never had an issue here and the staff is always helpful. Just the other day I needed a random bolt; they had one. Needed a quick fix for an alternator; they told me where to go nearby to get it taken care if for free.

The staff is ALWAYS knowledgeable and super helpful. Been here countless times, you may catch them on a bad day attitude wise (it happens but it's very rare) but it doesn't take away from their knowledge or helpfulness. Love this place. Even if they can't help you they'll send you to someone who can. Everyone here knows their stuff. if I had a better car I may not have so much history with them lol but they always get me right. 👍 My go to place for parts, tools and advice.

The staff was very courteous, friendly and helpful. I went in to purchase a turn signal bulb for my vehicle. The young man not only told me the type that I needed, he went to get it for me. Great service.

Sales clerk was legit. He came out to assist me in finding a hard-to-find generator filter by cross-referencing it.
