Rite Aid

Rite Aid is a very, very good pharmacy with outstanding deals on sale at anytime. I will surely visit Rite Aid stores more often and suggest my friends to do the same.

Pharmacy staff was pleasant and understanding. They dealt with my unusual situation, as to where half my prescription is covered and the 2nd half is not.

Great selection. They had everything I needed. Love the remodel.

I have been a customer for probably over 20 years and I’m never a person never leave a review but felt the need so other customers are aware of how inconsiderate workers can be and to not take it personally.

To begin with,
THE PHARMACY:
The Tech. is extremely unknowledgeable, and to the simplest job requirements expected of her.
For example, I asked her for their fax number (it’s not listed online).. because the the tech is unacquainted consistently kept me on hold for durations up to 10 minutes to ask, this was around 3:00pm on a Sunday, when they are not at their busiest of times. She then hung up, or you can say.. the call was disconnected. I continued to call back. However, every time the pharmacist line answered the phone, I would hear just silence, after about 10 seconds I said “Helloooo ?”
Next thing I knew the call was “disconnected” again and again..

RITE AID STORE:
So, I decided to call Rite Aids front desk and explained the situation, she was understanding, helpful and genuine. She took the time to properly deescalate the situation by personally walking over to the pharmacy to check not only if the phones weren’t working properly (they were) but to receive the fax number in which she provided to me.

Some good deals, but can be pricey. Pleasant staff.

It was just your average pharmacy.

Not the friendliest pharmacist

Thank god for the women at the front counter for helping me find the right medicine after the pharmacist told me to figure out what I needed before he could help me. I just had a couple of questions but that was too much for him I suppose.

As a former supervisor of a sistering rite aid I'm kinda disappointed in the attitude and lack of care they show customers. I know retail can be stressful but if I'm just asking you simple questions then what's the issue. Also you should be more precautious on how you answer said questions because you never know how much that customer actually knows seeing as they worked there. Oh and canceled me out of my sale price because normally they don't check people out of the back. Very disappointed will be switching pharmacies ASAP.

I have to say this was a pretty terrible store to work for, the front end employees were great! Respectful, kind, and always helped me. As a former employee in the pharmacy I just want to say it was a very stressful work environment and I wouldn't apply for a job here. The store is probably going to close anyway but I wouldn't even get prescriptions filled here. I've heard some pretty interesting stories from patients and former patients of this store, and they aren't good. It was good when I started there 4 years ago but I have to say before I quit the last 6 months weren't good. But I'm no longer employed there and I couldn't be happier.

My husband went in to get shampoo ok no big deal right..., well this isn't the first time this has happened while he was waiting in line a employee had 2 carts full meanwhile there were actually customers lined up instead of the Cashier employee tell her friend to wait she processed to ring up the other employee

Phamacy folks are very rude when you call they hang up purposely...also their drivethru is horribly slow. They just ignore you..be taking my business elsewhere...obviously it's what the workers want...
