I need to buy a specific uncommon fastener. I was helped by very nice lady named Marina I believe. She knew exactly where it was. She went straight to the correct drawer and pulled it out the first time. Very impressive.

I need a new washer...called Lowes..and yes they had one! And guaranteed next day delivery..and they came the next day with my washer..love Lowes!...

Lowe's worker helped me find a great selection of LED flashlights and even showed me a few and told me what he used and liked. He was very helpful and spoke to me as I was heading to the checkout and asked how I made out. Very friendly guy.

I know that this store has excellent quality home repair materials and tools, but the care and compassion their employees show is remarkable.

I drove home from Philadelphia last night only to realize that my house key had been stolen from a valet (lesson learned - do not give your full set of keys to a valet, just your car key).

Thankfully, my neighbor had a spare key and I was able to get into my home, but knew I needed to change my locks immediately. It was 10 minutes before they closed when I arrived at Lowe's.

The employees were so gracious, never making me feel like I was a burden. I soon realized that in the rush of trying to get to the store before they closed, I left my wallet at home. Lyn stayed to help walk me through ordering the products I needed online, instead. My phone was dying and she offered me her phone charger (although she soon discovered that someone had taken it).

Even though it was 17 minutes after the store closed, she stayed with me and comforted me and showed great compassion. Unfortunately, I was not able to order the products I needed due to not knowing the CVC of the credit card that is stored in my online Lowe's account, she was so gracious that it was refreshing to me in the predicament I was in.

I ended up getting new locks at Walmart since they were open later, but I am so grateful for the compassionate service of Lyn and the other workers who stayed late to try to help me when I was in need.

Get service, pick up less than a minute, prompt and courteous

They had everything I needed. I couldn't find specific garbage bags I needed. A very nice gentleman went out of his way to find them for me. His name was Kirk.
The only bad thing, was the self checkout. 🙄

*** Update: I was hard on this store because it just seemed like they didn't care, about the customer, with short staff and all. It's gotten much better here, plus I get some good laughs lately.

Mostly a good store. Sometimes out of stuff, and occasionally you're forced to do self checkout because they don't have enough employees. Many times I've waited for materials had to get from up higher, because of short staff. Overall a good store close to home so I go there often.

Great store! Lots to choose from. Everything I was on the hunt for was in stock in the tool section. I will admit they were under staffed snd stretched thin. Me being from out of town I would say they should get to hiring if at all possible. Besides that no complaints here. They offered alot of great seasonal tool sales also.

Came for a kit to fix for my husband to fix my toilet since 2 months ago when my landlord looked at it & said he'd be back, he never came back & it leaks and ruined my over the toilet cabinet that cost me $200.00...
Lowe's associates were helpful with directing us to the right isle. My babes also bought me 2 boxes of new white christmas lights for my tree that I needed! :)

Wonderful staff. I dealt with Marissa from garden, and I needed help with an elective issue, and she went above and beyond to help me with my issue, and even started like 20 past when she was supposed to leave. She helped me find out my fireplace has a recall that I was never notified about. We bonded over our pups. Highly recommend, if you need help in garden center, seek her out. Wonderful employee. Very rare to find ones like her.

Always have what is needed to fix things. Great customer service.

Looked everywhere for a good snow blower. They not only had one that was still in the crate but the associate that helped me put it all together for me and loaded in me truck. As a disabled vet I could never been able to do it myself.
