Bob Fedor went above and beyond for my wife to get into a new Subaru. The staff is very attentive and polite, they gave us a very fair trade in price on our car. I called and told them the car I wanted to test drive, the next morning, the car was waiting for me running with the keys inside. They are a zero pressure dealership, other dealerships should take notes from Subaru of Wyoming valley. Bob and Mark were fantastic with making sure everything went smooth. This was our first ever Subaru purchase, it will definitely not be our last. A+++++ experience.

My sales person was Darlene Duverge , she was awesome. I met with her twice & went for several test drives.

Joe was a very good salesman. Wasn't pushy. Let me ask my own questions. Was knowledgeable about the car we were interested in. Moved our closing up and stayed late to accommodate us as bad weather was forecast.

I just drove my new-to-me 2021 Subaru! I had no intention of buying a car when I took my 2018 in for 100,000 mile service. I loved my car - even with all those miles. However, I missed driving a standard and mentioned this to Brad. About a month later, he called me with a beautiful car just like what I had, but with less miles and it was a 6-speed! I got a great deal, great service, and actually had a great time at the dealership. Brad totally made me a happy customer!

I came to Subaru with little to no hope of getting a car, but needed one badly. My credit is average at best and Joe G said we can help. We can get you into an affordable safe car within my budget. While I believe it was destiny that led me to the beautiful car I now own, I had to take it upon myself to fulfill that destiny, and that was by going to Subaru of Wyoming Valley. I was greeted by Joe; a friendly, knowledgeable, and relatable sales consultant. From there we chatted and discussed what I was looking for. Before long Joe brought me to probably the best deal on the lot. It was getting late, and even though it was pushing against the 5:00 PM closing time, Joe didn't rush or make unnecessary haste. There was no pressure- only the helpful nature of the team here at this dealership. The next business day we reconvened and came to a deal, and Joe even got a little extra off the final price as an early Xmas gift. Thanks to Joe and the rest of the team here I have more car than I bargained for but still within my budget. So... The sales staff here is phenomenal. I had car issues with my 2021 and they helped me get into a 2023 Crosstrek with no issues. They are kind and easy to work with. Bob is a great salesman.

When we arrived at the dealership we were greeted by sales consultant Joe Gonda. He was very knowledgeable of the Forester, which we were interested in, but color was the issue. He gave his time and drove us to the different areas and even checked in service to try to find the colors we were interested in, and it didn't matter which vehicle, it was a color question. We left that day after driving a White Forester sport, still undecided, we talked that night and decided on the white sport. Called Joe up and wouldn't you know it , it was sold , so Joe did his research and found a white one that we settled on. It was his perseverance that made the sale. It was a pleasure to do business with him.

Joe Mercado was very helpful...managed to put us in a Forester with the options we wanted for a price we could afford. Not to mention he was a blast to talk to.
