Quick service, even though they were slammed. Food was good as always.

Stopped here after a show at the arena up the road. Service was quick and my order was 100% correct, which doesn’t frequently happen when we stop for fast food. No complaints!

No matter what Wendy's is always better and yet for some reason I never stop there. In and out in 5 seconds bang bang boom.

Service was really good. Everything was made perfectly. Updated and modern interior design. They have a fire place and lounge chairs at this Wendy’s! We’ll be back!

I stopped in on my way back to CT. The food was 10 times better than Ct. Food was fresh, staff was quick and the restaurant was very clean. 5 stars!!!

New looking wendys stopped by on way back home. Had a few people in front of me when I walked in, but they got to me and my familys order in a timely manner and got us our food quickly and it was what you expect from a wendys.

I use the drive thru so I don't know about its atmosphere, but I always get great food and fast pleasant service.

I usually don't do reviews but I had to today. What great service I got this afternoon! The order taker was able to follow my train of thought Which if you knew me you'd know that train derailed years ago lol..Fast & accurate service at this location! They didn't mess up my order! Everything I ordered tasted so fresh and still hot! I know there's difficult times lately but this location really gave me what I wanted and needed today! On my receipt says hosted by Joseph and cashier was Christine.. i'm not sure who actually cooked my late lunch but I wanted to let ya know THIS is what fast food is meant to tasted like Thank you so much!

This has the honor of being Wilkes-Barre's "good Wendys" it can get busy but this is the one you want to go to. Friendly staff and they are good about getting custom or large orders right.

This Wendy's is always clean and they never mess up my order which is always good.

I'm quite far from this Ace Hardware location, so this is my first time being here. I went primarily because they're one of the few stores that actually had Ball canning supplies, at least in the size that I needed. Super impressed with the store, walked around a little bit, employees were helpful, their tool selection was expensive and the hardware aisle is super impressive. It was about the best I've ever seen. I could safely say that if you're in need of a piece of hardware that you could find it here.

Quick friendly drive-thru service, food was hot and awesome! Love the 4 for 4 and subbing a strawberry frostee

Had the pretzel baconator it was good.

Like most fast food places, it was hot and freash. Good burger, and I'm happy with that.

LOVED IT! Summer strawberry salad is back, along with the pecan chicken salad Etc. I definitely want to give a shout out to all the employees who have been there through this whole pandemic, if it weren't for them a lot of us would not have had a quick bite to eat. When visiting Wendy's please remember to thank your server for being there through the pandemic, they were on the front lines as well helping to feed First Responders & healthcare workers. Because of the lack of workers sometimes they get a little busy and it doesn't go as quickly as you would like it too but please be patient oh, we are all in this together and thank them for being there all these people are hard workers and I can't imagine what it's like trying to do the work of three people only being one person

The freshest, best tasting, most satisfying fast food meal under $6. Friendly, fast and clean facilities. Keep up the great work!

Honestly the food is really amazing and it looks like they put a lot of effort into preparing it well. Also dining in was a good experience. There was hardly any mess, and every utensils and condiments were stored nicely.
