My girlfriend loves this place honestly because she's very artsy and they had a lot of things that some craft stores probably wouldn't have her anywhere really local to us the prices are reasonable customer service we didn't have very much interaction with so I can't give an opinion on that I don't know if there's any public restrooms here because I did not ask fortunately I did not have to use a bathroom nor did she but if you're not sure about a restroom a little word of advice go to the Target right nearby they have a restroom for men and women

Pretty quick for a two cashier store.

Always a great selection of arts and crafts supplies. Stock is plentiful and the store is clean and organized. Curbside pickup is fast and very easy. Each store may differ a bit on their stock, but I can always find what I need in store or online with no problem

This store is amazing, the staff members are very friendly and go beyond their responsibilities to help customers! Two associates, my cashier and a floor associate helped me make a bouquet of decor flowers for my girlfriend on the spot on February 20th of this year. Thank you very much! 👏🏼🙏🏼

Organized and clean, staff is friendly, and there's always deals. The parking lot is usually a bit hectic, but not enough to deter a visit. This store is well stocked and my go to for art supplies

I was greeted, helped & rung up by the most pleasant young man, he was the only one on register & an absolute pleasure! We need more customer service like him, wish I got his name 😉

This is the best store ever especially if you're a crafter, or an entrepreneur getting things for your small bakery or making jewelry and selling. If you're creative and passionate like myself then come here. I know this was one trip amongst so many more to come.

They always have everything I'm looking for whenever I have a last minute craft need. Store looked haphazardly organized and/or slightly dishevelled, but then again that's been the mood of 2020, so it's forgivable. They didn't have exactly to a T what I was searching for but they had very suitable replacement and then also the other thing I definitely was looking for so I left spending money on things I wanted so win-win.

First off I want to start off by saying that the customer service in this store is beyond amazing. Not only did they find what I needed but also were able to communicate with me about it which not many places do. It was very refreshing to see that. Highly recommend this location to anyone.

I've been coming to this Michaels for years. It is pretty consistent in its cleanliness. Over the past two years or so, it has become more organized, with better displays and overall layout. The quantity and selections is amazing! The staff is usually helpful but they're friendliness varies (some seem overworked, shy, or just annoyed). From my most recent visit, the staff member V was so patient, helpful, and friendly (even though she seemed a little shy at first).

Went there to buy a christmas tree and they were on sale for half off and extremely reasonably priced. The cashier was nice and friendly. They loaded the box in the car for me as well. Highly reccomend this store.
