The UPS Store

I Wlwent to this store last Saturday around 930am, I was assisted immediately and the staff although busy were super friendly. I asked to use my AAA membership for a 10% discount 😉. It was super easy. I shipped about 6lbs yo Florida 3 different address and with the discount was a total of 68 dollars no bad at all.

The employee was friendly responsible and she did what she had to do with the situation of me sending the proper way even sometimes the connection of the Wi-Fi was kind of I recommend for the it to check that it was pretty bad at first but then we got it going

So thankful for Dave, who was working this morning, and helped me get my box out of my car and into the store. Such awesome service!

I went to this store in Menomonee Falls mid-day. I was helped immediately. There is easy parking directly in front of store which is great for me since I have mobility issues. Altho I didn't see a handicap access, the curb was very low and easy for me to menuever.

I had an excellent experience here. It was Saturday afternoon. Staff were friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and professional. Great staff and service.

I don't know if in the history of making reviews I have ever left on based on previous reviews alone. Janet, if you are out there... you made my day better. You brought about laughter and joy. Keep handing out life lessons. The one star reviews are a great read. If I could rate you, I would give you 10 stars!

Also, I went to the store today and dropped of a package. I had a more than pleasent visit. 😁

I used the shipping service from this store for the first time this week. Harman and the team there are true professionals. The response time was great. They went out of their way to get my item picked up and shipped very quickly. I will use their service again. I highly recommend them.

I was skeptical. The whole subsidiaries plan to offshoot issues actually hurts people like the people who run this location.

I went in livid with how the drivers have been handling my package. Note, this store is more so a shipping supply store than it is a ups hub by any means. None the less, the people inside were very patient with hearing my frustrations. And I know it’s not their fault.

I would like to give special mention to Harman, I hope I’m getting the name correct, was outstanding and the one person in the long line of robots and employees who would rather sideline my concerns. Even it not being their issue, they understood and let me be heard. Thank you for helping me and understanding the frustrations. I really hope ups can fix their multiple issues because there’s people like Harman who desperately try to fight and do what’s right but are put in a spot that is ultimately left with blame.

And to the ups drivers, heroic recoveries begin with heroic efforts. Delivering a “whoops attempt” days later to a store like this within an hour before they close and smash them with drop offs so you can avoid doing your job. You should be ashamed. You let down the customers, parent company, partner whom you got the work from, people who run “access points” and multiple others along the way.

Great customer service. One of my Amazon returns was left at the Ups store without a scan. I called to see if I left it there and they were holding it and waiting for me to call. They did a great job making sure it was easy for me to get the item returned!

Had an appointment to use their notary service. Andries took care of me and his service was exceptional. He handled my documents with care and helped package them for expedited delivery. The store was busy but the staff did a great job of moving customers along with professionalism and efficiency so that wait time was minimal. Great location and employees.

Amazing experience every time I go here! The owner, Janet, is the kindest person I have ever met. She goes above and beyond for all of her customers! The store is clean and all the employees are extremely helpful and kind. I will go out of my way to go to this store just for the amazing customer service I receive. Thank you for being such a great business that can make something like shipping a package bring a smile to peoples faces.

Andreis should be promoted to a management position if he isn’t already in a management position. I came in today to pick up an extremely heavy package. I was unable to park close to the store due to all the spots being occupied with cars so I had to park further out in the parking lot. He offered to help me take my package to my car. He actually didn’t even let me touch it! It was 10 degrees. He didn’t have on his coat and was so nice and pleasant about it. What a gentleman! Thank you Andreis for going above and beyond to help me today! Your customer service went far past excellent!!

We ship from this store quite frequently and they are amazing. Just recently there was a mishap with one of our packages, nite it was not the stores fsule. Janet was amazing, she worked with me with no hassle and resolved the problem. This is why my wife and I will continue to go there. Friendly smiles and faces everytime. I went in there today to send something back to Amazon and the 2 young men working there were extremely pleasant, friendly and helpful. I honestly don't recall the last time I've had such great customer service.

Great customer service, friendly, efficient, plenty of parking at convenient location. I needed an affidavit notorized, which, our large full service bank is not available to do because of covid 19 germs. I looked online and found 2 remote online notary services. Notorycam-dot-com did not even list their prices until you downloaded their app, and Notory-dot-com claims UPS store charges $30 compared to their $25. Liar, Liar, Pants on Fire. UPS store charged me $5.00 to notorize one signature. I was able to book an appointment online the same day, which was a Saturday. No uploading documents which had my SS# on one page, no making copies of my driver’s license or passport and putting those in cyber space. $5.00. Thank you UPS Menomonee Falls store for your great service and fair prices and being an honest business, unlike Notory dot com.

The owner of this location is awesome. When it comes to satisfying her customers she truly is the best!

Owner was very helpful and patient with me as we tried to print on our own paper. The paper was thick and we didn't know the weight.
Everything turned out great!

I returned some Amazon purchases today. Great customer service. Very friendly and quick service!
