Checked 3 other local McDonalds and none of them had the Shamrock shake except this one! Ordered online and it was ready when we got there!

ALWAYS get great food, service @the McDonald's location on County Line Rd/M.Falls WI. LOVE that place!!!

Did curbside pickup. Very quick and polite. No issues getting shakes and ice cream like other locations.

It's always busy, but they get your food out pretty quick. They have their own parking lot so lots of parking

Stopped for some french fries to reward our toddler for a good morning. We arrived just before the menu switched over so we had breakfast while she patiently waited for her fries.

The restaurant was clean, with most tables available. As it was 11AM on Christmas Eve, this wasn't super surprising. Everything was served piping hot and as 'fresh' as you can get from McDonalds.

Limited interaction with staff was friendly and quick. Overall a very pleasant experience and way better than most other McDonald's in the area.

Fast service in the morning rush and great coffee.

The person in the drive-thru window was very friendly. The line was a little long, and there was a wait, but she was great in keeping us informed and making sure we were ok.

Properly made Big Mac, all the nuggets were accounted for and the drive thru line moved quick. Impressive actually. Compared to what I usually get from other fast food places, this place is five stars.

I've been picking up breakfast here for the last several days while visiting. Service has been fast and friendly on every visit! The lady that works the drive through payment window during the weekdays is SO friendly and efficient! Props to her for doing a great job!
Sometimes using my app codes can cause delays or be cumbersome but they seem to have actually expedited the process and increased the personal touch I think McDonalds is looking to add through the app. They even call me by name once I've given them the code.
Great job over all, I'm impressed by your efficiency, your personal touch and the consistency in service you provided over the last 4 days. Well done!

Very good chicken nuggets and fries were nicely hot!

This is the McDonald's to go to. Almost always fresh, quick, and polite. Yes, they make mistakes, although fewer than other McDonald's, but they always make it right without you having to contact McDonald's corporation. Their manager is awesome! Only had a little trouble with one of the night shift crews, but I go here alot, so it was bound to happen eventually. Manager will always make things right tho, so no worries.

EDIT: Since my initial review of just 1 star I've decided to give this place a chance instead of basing it off of one experience. This is what I've concluded over the past couple months:
Yes they can get very busy during certain times of the day,, their drive thru is short distance wise so it's easy for cars to get backed up.
Aside from that the friendliness of their staff is where it's at. Always professional and kind (minus the one or two, but hey, every place has one of those). And all my future orders have been perfect.

Music is on point (I really like oldies) and the cashier was really nice and respectful, they got my order right. Everything looks clean and organized. It's a nice place to sit down, eat, and get some work done.

Loved my experience here. I came here at night and placed a big order. I expected some attitude and what not, but everyone was so friendly. I also expected things to be missing, because it was a big order, but nothing was missing. Had all my items.

Always like Mickey D's...but its getting kind of pricey for fast food, but what isn't getting pricey!

Sterile environment during the pandemic. Extremely friendly staff. You could tell that they really had pride in their location. Used to live in the area. Will most definitely be back. Thank you
