The store looks clean. They eliminated jewelry counter, which sucks. Now they have Sephora, but the cologne/perfume choice is poor, compared to other locations

I loved my recent experience. The store and customer service was amazing.

I went to the Kohls that is east of us near Outback Steakhouse in a mall with Five Below. It is on the north side of Layton Ave. The customer service set up is right by the entrance and I returned two items and went shopping. I love the clearance section and they had work out wear marked down...some sweaters and shirts and I found a fantastic swim suit! The sale was 30% off with your Kohls charge. My store is the one on Loomis and 27th and going to a different one I did find many interesting buys!

I had an online order where the wrong size was sent. The manager and the cashier were very helpful and helped me re-order the item and I was still able to keep the sale price. Thank you guys!

I want to acknowledge an excellent employee Jamar. Jamar is hard working, always patient, always kind and quick to offer assistance and help solve problems for his fellow employees and customers. Jamar provides outstanding customer service and he is truly an asset to Kohl's. I prefer this Kohls store because of people like him.

Sooo happy that have survived the rath of brick and mortar closures. I love being able to TRY ON stuff. Also Easy to order online and pick up in store, only complaint I have is the pick up area is in the very back corner of the store...it's a trap so that on your way there and back you see more stuff you want!! I want to recognize two employees I encountered at Kohl’s on Layton today, August 6, 2023. Ben was very helpful at doing my return and it store pickup. Emma asked if I found everything I wanted. I explained I was trying to find a vneck green tshirt. Emma listen to my concern. I felt she was sincere.
Hats off to the hiring and training managers involved with these outstanding employees.

Cam gave me awesome service. Very friendly and efficient. I will be back.

I needed help processing my rewards Christine, who may have been part of the management team and our customer service team help to guide me with that and although I've been a long time card holder she actually give me new information throughout my visit, I heard service representatives explaining things to customers and helping them to make the most of their experience Christine was very patient with me and very knowledgeable is very well professional. I adore Kohls and their quality and great offers along with Kohls Cash. This is a large Kohls, most are undergoing additions for a large Sephora Cosmetics section. Staff friendly and you can do Amazon Returns here and online pickup!

Great prices, I always find something on sale and some great finds on the clearance racks. The sales associates are very friendly and helpful. Online shopping is easy and way too convenient
