I was having an issue. I’m working outta state, and my fiance sent me a little extra cash via Western Union (yeah ik we’re old)…and to say the least it’s been a absolute nightmare at different locations of Western Union. Long story short, the customer service at GIANT were amazing, super friendly and helpful. And completely understanding. Great customer service, definitely recommended!

Giant in Hellertown always has stocked shelves. I travel from Coopersburg knowing what I need is ALWAYS in stock. Great selection and always fresh !

Went to this phamacy bc Rite Aide and CVS wanted 15 dollars for item buy 2 for 14 and atleast had it and was 8.00 big phamacys rip off!

If you need a place to try the pickup, go here! This is one of my favorite local Giant stores (they always seem to keep things in stock), but today I tried a pickup order for the first time here and WOW. One substitution for the same brand of item, perfect bananas and produce, and the employee smiled and was courteous the entire time. Saved so much time, will be doing this again!

I wanted to thank Madison at the Giant in Hellertown for being so patient and kind as she straightened out my card membership numbers. GREAT JOB MADISON!!!!

You can shop here plastic free or with limited plastic packaging. Ask the butcher to wrap your fish/meat in paper and they will. There are lots of loose veggies.

I must say only best experience is Ben in deli Dept we shop here very often and only person who is helpful everyone else nasty. Ben always looks in back for me with olive salad bar cheese stuffed red peppers and I always buy 45.00 worth every time. I once asked some lady in deli Dept what ever is out there very nasty. I don’t need that because I pay her salary so shouldn’t be treated like that especially I’m disabled in wheel chair. Ben should be recognized because every time he goes above and beyond his call of duty goes in back to check and always gets for us when old nasty lady says whatever out there

I ordered my first giant direct order and I had an amazing experience! I was super nervous about timing and I spoke with one of the managers and she was able to coordinate everything for me! She even gave me flowers ! How sweet! The giant direct staff is beyond 5 stars! The products were perfect, the staff was supportive and helpful! The only feedback I have is to update customers about timing maybe via the app! I know that’s a long stretch and will take time… but future plans! I’ve been going to this giant for almost 5 months now and am almost always able to find everything I need! The staff is always so friendly and helpful. Love this place!

I placed an order to Giant Direct here yesterday, which is something I don't normally do, but I currently can't shop for myself as I'm quarantining with COVID and don't want to risk infecting others. There was some confusion with my order, as I was informed that a lot of the items were out of stock and the system went down yesterday, but the employee who delivered the groceries to my car was very helpful and offered everything she could to make it up to me! It seemed that she was the only one working in the department as well, so I really do appreciate her taking the time to check for alternative items and wish I could thank her more. When I called later about a refund for the items I couldn't pick up, the customer service agent I spoke with was very polite and checked right away for me to see if he could get my order. Unfortunately at the time, the system was still down, but he told me what I could do the next day, which I didn't end up having to do because the refund for the items I didn't receive was issued in full by the end of the night! While a bit disappointed about lack of products, I know that the employees themselves can't do anything about that and I'm very grateful for how quickly and professionally it was handled! Good store, friendly staff and well stocked.

I love my Giant food store! Everyone is always so nice and helpful every time I go in. Before the pandemic I almost always was able to find the exact products on my list. After the pandemic, they are trying hard to at least have products on the shelf, though you might not have heard of the brand name before.
One of the very best things is their bakery. It is second to none compared to other super markets.

We have been using the grocery pickup option for the last year plus with the pandemic, and I cannot say enough about the service and thoughtfulness of the staff. They are great with substitutions and I never wait too long to pick up my order. Thank you so much!

This is a big Giant grocery store. Lots of different things in this store. Their own make of multi grain panini bread is always fresh and good. Other Giants carry it to but they never have it.

I do most of my food shopping here. Well stocked shelves and variety of items. The customer service department is accommodating in the event of any issues. Friendly staff

This store is amazing and the staff is always friendly. I've never had any issues with the food I buy. Always great quality at great prices. I love when they scan my shopper rewards card and seeing the amount fly down. My go to grocery store!

Very clean. The employees are considerate and helpful. The prices aren't too bad. The deli always produces good meats and cheeses. The seafood/other meat section always looks delicious. And the donuts, they are so good! I highly suggest this Giant.
