AT&T Store

This is the best AT&T store around. No pressure sales, and the guys there are always helpful! Many thanks to Riley for always making our visits to the Hellertown AT&T store positive ones!

This employee was one of the greatest AT &T employee I have used in over 10 years. Hellertown should be proud to have such a wonderful, caring, and well mannered man.

I went in the store to get a S22+ for my dad's Christmas present! Tommy Bieser, the manager was amazing with helping us set up phone, quickly get us in and out and assured us we could come back if we have any questions! I really appreciate his help and patience. 5/5 stars. Highly recommend seeing him for all your cellphone needs.

I have to admit, I almost never go to the actual AT&T store. I prefer handling my account from the comforts of my own home (via the internet). Today, though, I had to go to an actual store, as I was instructed to do so by Asurion. I'm happy to say it was a quick and painless experience! The staff was helpful, friendly, and excel in customer service. Thank you, Riley and your co-worker, too!

Thank you guys! Devonte and Jordan helped me and my 3 daughters move from T-Mobile with our phones. Very easy and they were jokesters. Ask for them if you stop in. Thanks for the laughs guys!

Outstanding service provided by Tommy today. He really went above and beyond to solve our problems and helped make the switch back to ATT (from T-mobile) seamless. He was professional, courteous and has a great personality. Great person representing ATT. Thank you!

Stopped in to upgrade our phones. Was greeted by Riley. He was super informative and helpful. Later on, Tommy assisted us. He was also very knowledgeable and friendly. You have a great team!

Went into the store to switch over phone plans from Verizon. The store wasn’t busy & I got help from the store associate Tommy. He helped me pick the best phone plan & phone for me. I was indecisive about which color iPhone 13 I wanted. He helped me wire it down to 2 colors and I ended up going with the pink one. Also he helped me navigate the phone… I was used to using the iPhone SE 2nd gen that still had the home button. He was a very kind & helpful employee.

I walked in 15 minutes before closing to buy a new phone. It took us an hour to complete the set-up.
Tommy treated me like gold. He treated me as if I had walked in at 11 am in the morning.
AT&T is lucky to have him as an employee.

I can say with confidence that Moe is the best salesman I have ever dealt with. He greeted us right away and even though I was upset with my bill he give a great well thought explanation for my bill. He then told me about the current promotions, and even did try to see if I was eligible for any discounts so my bill can go down. I was very satisfied when I left. I will recommend this location 10/10 and especially when Moe is there.

My mom and I had a question about changing our family's data plan and decided to go into the store to get some help. Mo greeted us as soon as we came into the store and was able to look at our current plan and talk us through all of the different options. He was so kind and patient and went above and beyond to explain everything to us and help us not overpay on our current billing cycle. We always come to this store and will continue to in the future -- we can't say enough good things about how genuinely friendly and helpful everyone here is. Thanks again, Mo!

Moe is absolutely amazing the way he is with the customers is an absolute pleasure his staff is well trained and just like him. I had the pleasure to deal with Steph who helped me out with setting up my phone while Moe helped me with my account. Absolutely recommend this store if Moe and steph is there.

I went into Att last night with no clue I’m what phone I wanted or if I was even going to get one the same day. Jordan, a young man with glasses was so helpful!!! He went above and beyond and his customer service is amazing along with his knowledge on iPhones and the att company itself! There was a very RUDE man who came in AFTER I came in and was rushing and being rude to Jordan but Jordan did not let that old man get to him. He continued to be professional and nice and help the old man out. I will 100% return to this location because of the staff. Thanks again and I love my new phone!

I came in with loads of questions because new phones are so tricky nowadays! Jordan was excellent, as he sat and helped me learn my phone for 30 minutes! Ask for Jordan when you stop by, you will not be disappointed!

The best at&t store in the entire Lehigh valley area. The staff is very helpful and friendly, they have intense experience and knowledge on the mobile products. They will go beyond extent to help you out and make sure you are satisfied when you leave the store. You really feel appreciated and always welcomed. I highly recommend going there if you are looking to upgrade your device and get a new phone.

Tried to solve my billing problem on the phone. No results after three hours. No one seemed to know what to do, Went to ATT Hellertown, PA, and fortunately for me, a friendly gentleman named “Mo” was on duty. He solved my problem in 5 min. Give him a big fat raise AND a promotion!!!

I went in tonight with my nephew, what a friendly and knowledgeable staff! Awesome customer service!
