My experience was great. Though I had to pay $1.50 to have them tape my boxes. I will definitely be going back. With few people that day. This young man, Dillon, in the picture, did a great job multitasking our service, which was quick and efficient. Thank you, Dillon. Hope i spelled your name right. 20 stars for your noble professionalism.

Dillon was a fantastic customer service counter representative. He was helpful, kind, courteous, and insightful. He helped me to decide how best to ship my packages as well. Great experience!!

I dropped off an Amazon return here. It is less convenient than Kohl's or the closer Staples, but occasionally this is the only option. Extremely busy today, it is near closing so I guess there are a lot of last minute packages to be shipped.

I always ship from this UPS Hellertown Location and ALWAYS experienced efficient and friendly service! Sometimes the line is longer and not enough staff but that is not their fault. They need to hire more people but the workers there are always great!!

I drop off amazon packages often and never had an issue. Friendly, easy service. For anyone that thinks the price is high, the price is the retail price. You can make a UPS account and typically save some money by printing the label on your computer, but unless you are shipping often, the price is pretty fair. Overall, UPS is worth the price over USPS.

I've been going here for years and have shipped countless items through them. No matter how busy they are, I'm always greeted with a courteous and helpful attitude. I've never had any problems with my shipments. They are reliable and professional.

Just got my fingerprinting done and there was a crazy long line and your employee Barry was wonderful! He was working alone and had to do packages, answer the phone and take walk in fingerprinting services. Since it is the holiday season and many teachers (including myself) have to get their clearances updated the store was packed! He really did a great job keeping his cool, helped everyone in an efficient and friendly manner and kept the atmosphere positive! I give him so much credit for keep his composure and doing the work of many! Big shout out to Barry- he is a gem!

I frequently use the Hellertown UPS Store to send/return packages. The staff are always courteous and friendly, and the service is excellent. I also like the greeting cards they display there, as they are unique and always handy to have in my arsenal. UPS has never let me down, and even if I have a prepaid label, the employee serving me always makes certain I get my tracking info.

I don't get what everyone else is talking about-- the staff is friendly, transactions quick, and store clean. I did have a bad experience with the fingerprints/special forms. The websites claimed they did one thing, but I went there and they didn't. But instead of just denying me, they gave me a place nearby to do it instead-- even telling me directions! I appreciate this a lot.

I’m really surprised to see any negative reviews. I go here all the time and everyone is super nice & friendly. Even when the lines are long the staff apologize for the wait.

Stopped in for finger printing. Quick, easy, and very professional! Ginny was fantastic and made something as trivial as fingerprinting... fun!
