Margaret is an awesome cashier and makes customers feel important and welcomed. She is a very wholesome individual.

Every time I go to Safeway bakery their always very helpful especially Roza and Feruza. Thanks to them.

Excellent service. Prices can be high so use you flyer when you shop. They usually have good weekly deals

I don’t typically write a review about grocery stores but this produce person deserves recognition. He gave the best over the top above & beyond customer service I have received in years… Not only did he help me while I was in the produce section find some of my items. After leaving that section
He continued & did not stop there…
He found in the back the candied cherry’s I was looking for.

Then he walked through the store to find me so to bring me the candies fruit I was looking for.
That type of customer service is old school and a rare today.
I was in the total opposite side of the store… :)

This is your typical Safeway.. Not much different than others.. Bathroom is pretty trash. Does not smell good. They did get new lighting on the perimeter of the store. A big upgrade as the store is a lot brighter now.

Cindy and Rosa and the bakery staff are all SOOOO friendly. Always are. Smiles. Great service. Awesome options. Quality cakes. Quality cupcakes. Amazing prices. This team is continuously awesome. No regrets yet! The smaller bakeries in Kent lack the smiles and great attitudes of this store.

As everyone should know, shopping at Safeway is the Safest Way to purchase one of the most essentials needed for human survival. This is called food. Like most, I buy it then I eat it(in that order). Any deviation from this process should result in the human to starve then perish(in that order).

A Safeway is a Safeway. Sometimes the staff is good sometimes not so good. I have not yet had a bad experience

Not sure who the hiring manager is but they sure know how to pick them.

Everytime I interact with an employee I haven't engaged with before, I'm always blown away over how amazing they are.

I've worked in hospitality/retail/customer service over a decade and I'm going to have to start reminding myself to take notes whenever I come in.

This time it was Theresa. They went above and beyond helping me, incredibly friendly, just a complete and utter delight in helping me rent my rug doctor and showing me the ropes. Showing so much concern over my wait during an extremely chaotic time. Genuinely interested in asking questions about my life and talking to me with a rare sense of authenticity while they processed my transaction

This is my favorite place to go and get cereal and milk through and I have that craving. Clean store great parking lot awesome people plenty of inventory. I can't Say enough good stuff about this grocery store I love Safeway!!! 👍👍👍

Went to the store after I picked up the kids from school. Not my favorite way to shop.... Lol. Finally got to the checkout line without the kids having a melt down. Of course, they wanted to take the things out of the cart so it took a little longer than normal. Checker was patient and understanding. Then I figure out that I had left my main debit card in my other coat pocket. I ended up having to put a few things back and pay with the cash I had and a different card. She was kind, didn't make me feel bad and made sure the people waiting in line were greeted and she engaged then I'm conversation so that they didn't get impatient. She gave the kids stickers and before you know it we were out the door. I was very appreciative because she could have made the experience very different. Excellent customer service. Wish I had gotten her name.

Love this Safeway location. They always have a good selection, and their bakery customizes cakes very nicely. Follow orders thoroughly and has pleasant staff.

Safeway has this popcorn that is so delicious everyone must try it. Just them having this is enough for the 5 star rating. Yep I said it.

Safeway has always been a top notch chain and this Safeway is among the best. Clean store well stocked. Open in the early morning...

Helpful customer service counter and nice employees. Love the self checkout. You can put your change in multiple coins at a time and it counts them out for you. Great selection too. I even found some hot wheels and squishmallows. Very happy!

This location is an especially clean and organized example of Safeway, an Albertson's owned grocery store chain of large success in the northwest.

Seasonal items are well stocked as is produce and bakery - two woefully over shopped departments in many Safeway locations, I've noticed. I love pineapple and donuts.

I went to Safeway in Kent off of Kent Kangley and 132nd to get a few items.
I enjoyed my time in the store I easily found all my items. Parking was great as I'm handicapped I was able to park in handicapped accessible parking. I got an electric cart, I looked at some wants debated if I really wanted a couple of them but mostly stuck my list. The store is pretty big and has loads of options.

Fabulous place to shop I went around 6:34pm and had a great time. The store was clean the associates were helpful and polite. I did self checkout and Rachel was the associate helping me and it went very well. I would recommend it to anyone. A great place to shop. Prices were fair. I purchased 223 items for less than $340. If you are in the area stop and shop I believe you'll agree with me.😊

I dont get to come to this Safeway often, but whenever I come, I have a good experience. The parking lot situation makes you pray and roll your eyes A LOT! But other than that, the store is clean, good variety, and fresh yummy produce and baked goods. The staff were all so nice especially my cashier!

Been to one Safeway been to them all. However this is a must check out. it's huge plus friendly service. Most of the time there's always a line, but this stop was fast. Cashiers friendly and they had a weird item I needed so yay..
