AT&T Store

James was welcoming, efficient and a consummate professional. He assisted us as soon as we entered the store and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. He answered all of our questions, he was patient, and he was kind. The experience was truly a pleasure and we feel confident we walked away with products and services that are most suited to our needs. I wish the money we paid could go directly into James' pocket! He is a valuable asset to your company and has a wide breadth of knowledge and interpersonal communication skills.

I was VERY SATISFIED with my recent visit to the Backus Ave. store! Lauren was my sales associate and she was extremely courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable. It was the best experience I've ever had phone/plan shopping. She listened to what I needed and didn’t try to oversell or overcomplicate things. I ended up buying the phone, adding to my current AT&T plan where applicable, and buying 2 accessories (and getting one for free). Lauren is a real gem, I'll be recommending your store to everyone based on my interaction with her and my satisfaction with the products I purchased.

Went to to CORP store inside the mall and they couldn’t be bothered to help with a simple accessory sale and wouldn’t help me look for a SKU they had in stock, and I had to find it myself, so I came here. This store is cleaner than the one in the mall and actually organized. Now I have no faith in the store inside the mall because they couldn’t even do a simple accessory exchange and were rude. Katrina was more than willing to help and was delightful unlike the corporate store. I will be directing my clients to this store now over that one. Anyone reading this come here and save yourself the hassle and time and see Katrina because she is actually competent.

I fell in the flooding during the storm putting g my phone in rice for 3 days with no luck. I went to the store and was waited on within 5 minutes. They were wonderful great people, very experienced. They helped me set up my phone and recover my passwords, thank goodness. I'm not use to change at the age of 50 but they did a great job. I will definitely refer your location and return with any needs. Thank you so very much to everyone there

Best experience ever getting a new cellphone plan and phones. Erik was amazing in answering any and all questions alone with giving us all the information we needed to know about our plan. Could not have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended coming to this store location to do any and all business for AT&T customers. You will not be disappointed at all. Absolutely outstanding service, quality and customer care.

I was traveling my T-Mobile prepaid internet is not working very well then I went to At&t 4 Backus store for change to At&T prepaid I got nice service from Amber she was attending me in store.Am so happy to her service and caring about my needs.I really appreciate Amber take care very well.

Yesterday was my 2nd visit to this store and the customer service provided by Ben was exceptional! Ben was the rep who assisted me about 2 months ago and he remembered me and my visit which made me feel very nice. Ben was very polite and knowledgeable about his job and made both process very fast and easy.

Riley resolved a new and difficult problem with Google for me It was stressful due to fact that iwas going out of town tomorrow. She was persistent and reassuring to the end she deserves a raise!!

The customer servive at this store is outstanding!! Silverio helped me through an upgrade of 2 iPnone 8's. He was extremely helpful in explaining all the various offers available in order that I got the best deal. He also very patiently explained the various new features of the 2 phones. Everyone elase I met in the store was also very pleasant and friendly.

Hector is the best! don't mess with calling AT&T to activate your sim card, that was a total nightmare. Walked into the store and my phone was activated, problem solved and on my way in less than 10 minutes and Hector was the only person in the store handling other customers. He was the bomb!!
