O'Reilly Auto Parts

Decided to do some maintenance work on 3 of my vehicles and what better place to go than the local O'Reilly Auto Parts. Fife store is where I go for all the parts I need. From the store manager Andrew to the sales associates everyone does their part in making the customers feel welcome and always go out of their way to make sure we have what we need. Whether its a simple oil change to more labor intensive repairs I always leave with everything I need and also get good value. Check out the Fife store. Won't be disappointed!!!

My overall experience with this O'Reilly's has been 100% mentionable I must have to say I don't leave reviews but the store manager Andrew and one of the employees Ruben have been nothing superb help... these guys assist, and offer feedback that usually one would have to pay for. The guys here at fife have gone above and beyond, and I couldn't ask more. Andrew the store manager is a straight shooter and will help you out even if it's beyond the stores service.

I was broke down in the parking lot. I needed a new alternator. They did not have one in stock but sent a driver to get one right away, and loaned me tools to start the repairs. They had the new part to me before I had the old one pulled out. Andy was super helpful. Checked on me frequently, gave advice, answered questions, even helped me swap out the battery, and perform a bit of troubleshooting. Andy certainly went beyond what was expected of him. Marine Corps Veterans and great guy.
I'm extremely grateful and definitely will be a return customer.

Recently stopped at this location to try and fix a flat tire. Andy, one of the workers, was the best. He helped me with all my questions, he helped me with picking out and finding the right products, and he even helped me with my car tire. It was starting to get late so with tire shops closing, I would have had to drive home on a donut if Andy hadn't helped me out with fixing my flat. Thanks again, Andy.

The parts people at this store are on top of their game. If they don't have what you need, they know where to get it. I believe the managers name is Brian, and he has a great customer service attitude. I enjoy shopping here and will continue to do so. As a matter of fact, I can't wait for something on our vehicles to break so I can go back😉

This man said his name was Trey, and we had a horrible experience with him today. He told my son and I that he was "not going to waste his time" looking for a spark plug that we didn't have, what he thought, was enough information. Store was closing in a few minutes, he pulled up a spark plug he had to order and his demeanor showed he didn't want to help us. Not sure if it racially driven as we are Tribal Members or why exactly he carried such an attitude when we asked for his help to find the product we needed. He claimed he was the manager and there was no one above him in management beside the owner. When I asked who the owner was he told me to "Google it." Then walked us to the door and said store was closed.

Otherwise, the gal that was helping us prior to was kind and made a great effort to help us to the best of her knowledge! Didn't catch a name but I'll edit if I ever find out.

Two days ago, the engine suddenly stopped starting, and the battery eventually died. It's been less than two years since the battery was new, so I was worried that there might be another problem. What immediately came to my mind was going to Oreilly. A kind and pleasant man named William checked the battery and engine lights. And I didn't ask for his name, but the male employee who installed the battery was nice and kind. I always have fond memories of visiting Oreilly and I can always trust them and they always treat their customers well. Thank you so much and thank you for helping me this time too. Awesome! 👍

Always great customer care I really must luck out with people there are some great people out here and it so happens a few work here I busted all the studs off the rear tire . They were able to supply me with everything. There competition had to order standard studs .. thank you guys and gals so much you really came through for me you have a loyal customer forever.

Usually has the part I’m looking for if auto zone doesn’t have it.

I have wanted be a Parts Delivery Driver for O Reilly Auto Parts for 10 yrs now. May 4th 2023 was my 1 year Anniversary! I still talk about my feelings towards being one of America's Major Auo Parts Companies. The Customers I ve met are amazed how much I enjoy bringing them their Parts at my age (68). I was really needing help and expertise in a lot of areas. And when I walked into O'Reilly the manager on duty was extremely kind, patient and extremely helpful with EVERYTHING I needed. Thank you. I will definitely be coming back to this store and asking for Jack's help again.

I was very and very satisfied with the customer care provided by sales associate Benjamin on Sunday 12/27/20 at 230pm. I needed a battery of 5yrs to be replaced. He took the time to carefully install a new battery and suggested additional products to keep the battery terminals in good shape. He had a tremendous attitude and sense of humor. This employee is a keeper. Thanks, you have earned my repeat business.

Ben, was very helpful. Called first on the part that needed to get my vehicle going. Been stuck on I-5 for an hour in the hot Sun, til AAA came to give a quick jumpstart. Told him will be there by 6ish they Don't close til 8:00pm. Headed straight. Very helpful and have great options on warranty. Very PLEASE. Come and check out there great selection and discounts. Love the place. If you don't have tools, must leave an Identification card, to use there available tools, they may have. Thank you, Ben! O'Reilly Auto Parts is the best place. I want to say thank you to Jack at O'Reilly's in Fife WA. I came into the store after calling and asking if they had a ratchet wrench and another employee had answered the phone and told me that they did have one and it was $12.00, so I only had taken $15.00 with me, when I got there the employee who answered the phone not only made a mistake on the price but what he was looking at was the wrong tool and they didn't sell just the ratchet wrench what they sold was a ratchet wrench and sockets set and I didn't know what to do. there I was with not enough money to get it and not enough time to go get the money it cost and make it back before they closed. When Jack seen what was going on, he very professionally stepped in and ask me if I could give him a minute so that he could check for what I was looking for. When Jack came back to the counter he scanned the tool and handed it to me. I was amazed when Jack handed me the ratchet wrench and socket set knowing that I didn't have the money he paid for it out of his own pocket, Jack really doesn't know how much he really helped me out that night he didn't know that my car was torin a part and it was late and the closest store around there was a good 10 - 15 miles away from me and if my car didn't get fixed that night I would have been stuck there and not have made it to work the next day. So I wanted to give this review to let everyone know how great Jack at O'Reilly's in Fife WA is he is a great co-worker and employee. because of Jack caring I will always go to O'Reilly's thanks again Jack 😊

I'm sorry I didn't catch the name of the young man who helped me, but he answered all my questions, and gave me his advice when I asked for it. Overall, a knowledgeable and extremely pleasant young man. When I was finally ready, the manager checked me out, gave me a Veterans discount, and was also one of the most genuine, pleasant people I've had the pleasure to do business with.
