AT&T Store

I went into the AT&T store to make my monthly payment. The store manager was very nice and very prompt on service and any questions I had. I was asking some other questions on the new phones coming out. And he answered all my questions. And I would definitely come back when it's time for me to trade in my phone and deal with him. Personally, it was embarrassingly, the store was Bristol. Connecticut, thank you.

Darrel was very attentive and helpful right away, no wait time and answered all of our questions thoroughly and professionally.

Brandon went above and beyond I am handicapped he took the time to listen how I am affected and is the first RETAIL employee to offer me assistance

I had an amazing experience with James as our rep. He was awesome and helped us add my boyfriend to the plan! He was great and I didn't even realize I was suppose to make an appointment so that's the only reason I had to wait! I wasn't upset if I need to come back after making an appointment then I would have! That was 100% my fault and James just completely help us and was able to finish up with his customer and help us out! I would definitely recommend this store and him to my friends and family! Always got good customer service and never had to wait for a long period of time, Brandon and David were very professional and patient, Brandon helped me with a trade in for a newer phone since my old phone became dysfunctional.

I came to the store looking to switch from Verizon to ATT. Reason for my switch was due to my customer experience with T-Mobile and Verizon. On those to companies I was treated as a number. By that I mean, they only care on how much money and lines I was getting nothing else. Im a business owner with limited time to deal with cellphone issues. I had the best experience at this location. Thanks to Brandon and Dwight.Not only I was treated as a person, they listened to my needs and make my transactions go really smooth. They also was transparent and honest from beginning to end, didn’t lie or push any other products. If you whom ever is reading this want to be treated with respect, honesty and transparency, I suggest you visit this store and have Brandon and Dwight take great care of you like they did with me. Excellent service from May and Justin!! I had MANY questions regarding my upgrade and they were friendly, knowledgeable and personable without ever making me feel like I was asking too many questions. Dealing with the public nowadays isn’t easy and they made me feel like I mattered to them as a customer!! Highly recommend!!

Anthony at the Bristol location was AMAZING to work with, he was extremely knowledgeable about the different products, promotions & any discounts that we could be eligible for. He was ready & waiting with the phones we were interested in when we arrived & worked quickly to help get us ported over from our old carrier. When looking around it truly seemed like all of the employees we knowledge & efficient in helping the busy store. I have already told 2 people today about my experience & told them to go in!

Tiffany was extremely helpful and informative this morning when we were reading in snd buying our phones. Even after she had just dealt with a very rude and obnoxious couple. I would definitely recommend anyone to go into see her for there new phone.

Tiffany Hart was absolutely amazing! She went out of her way to help my mom and I get new phones. She was friendly, knowledgeable and the best sales associate I’ve ever had with Apple in all the years I’ve used Apple products!

In addition to being very helpful, all sales associates were very attentive and personable. I had an extremely pleasant experiences and look forward to coming back again.
To whom this may concern; prior to arriving at this store, I was at the other AR down the street on Farmington Ave. Needless to say, I would never recommend that anyone visit that store. I was there for 2 hours and waited just for them to tell me to leave because they were closing. The manager was very rude and obnoxious and had no mask on.

They were able to accommodate my needs and offer me multiple options to resolve my problem!
The always provide the best customer service, and the manager is always doing visits and checking with every costumer!

clean showroom, wiped down work station before we sat. salesperson was very knowledgeable of samsung product line. we decided to not upgrade at this time and was not pressured in any way. we did change numbers with no problems except for one phone that has a voice-mail block that the salesman could remove. sucks that the company doesn't give their team these permissions to make these simple changes so now I will have to deal directly with their tech department. boo corporate At&t.

We had the greatest experience with Brandon and Justin! We just came in to get a new phone and they not only helped us with the new phone but also saved us over $200 with New Service AT&T TV!!! When we left we were all setup and ready to go highly recommend the two gentlemen for anyone!!

I visited this location with my dad to upgrade his iPhone, and the process was super easy thanks to David, the employee whom helped us. He was extremely knowledgeable and personable.
