Starbucks

I love Starbucks , unfortunately my budget doesn't allow for me to indulge more often. However it's Great that when I get to have a treat, it's made 100% with love! This particular location has a tremendous staff that actually cares about customer service and satisfaction. I always order a brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso and unlike other locations , this particular location always does it right.

Great place to meet a friend for relaxing chat. Yummy mocha coffee warmed my chilled bones. Kudos to the Staff who were friendly, fast, and professional. Facility well maintained.

Delicious frozen Carmel ribbon crunch! Thru had one ready. Online order.. very friendly and efficient!

I go there weekly, the staff has gotten better with time. I will be honest they weren't my favorite in the beginning now they are must. They say, hello try to get to know you a bit. I use my app and my drinks are ALWAYS ready when I get there.
Free birthday drinks, with app free refills. I couldn't ask for more.

The best cold brew, staff is always nice and they’ll definitely put the name to the face if you frequent enough. The sous vide egg bites are good for on the go too.

On point. Starbucks is more money than Dunkin but my experience proves consistently better at Starbucks. It matters being greeted kindly and I was here. Kindness at the window and until i paid. My latte was perfect tasty so much I bought two the next time I visited . Dunkin needs to take a lesson .

Visiting family here in CT and needed an afternoon pick me up. All I can say is wow!!! The barista Patrick was unbelievably amazing. His attitude was positive and he was super knowledgeable. Felt like I was in a coffee shop in a small main street town. My sister wanted to try the new apple crisp oat milk latte however she drinks decaf coffee and we weren’t sure that you can make this specific latte with decaf. Patrick chimed in almost intuitively and explained how he would use the blonde decaf to make the latte. Just overall a shockingly pleasant experience to other Starbucks locations I’ve been to and that really made our day. Coffee was perfectly made.

Updated Jul2019 - still going strong. been visiting at least a few times a week and see tonnes of repeat customers. Says A LOT about their operations. From my side, their staff has gotten EVEN better since beginning of 2019. Keep up the focus on service. Maybe a bit more variety of bakery/food offering would make it even greater.

Great staff. Yes, the wait can be long, but there's only so much you can do with the amount of crew they have.

Definetly order in store, as they (just like most places) prioritize cafe orders first. Don't trust the mobile app, as it's always wrong for timing, and for the love of God, be nice to them. They're people too, and the amount of people I've seen get mad at them because they didn't time their day accordingly is disgusting. It's Starbucks. In the morning. You know the wait is going to be long when everyone orders at the same time. It's not their fault you didn't leave early enough to get coffee.

Got a special iced tea that was red. I've always liked this place as the neighborhood coffee shop that happens to be a Starbucks.

I had a great experience with Jovan. He was incredibly polite and well mannered, which I appreciated greatly.

This Starbucks is always so welcoming and complimentary. It’s easily noticed that they work hard and always try to make relationships with their customers. I love my morning stop for coffee and welcoming “good morning”s!

Coffee is good nice family cafe WiFi friendly clean facility friendly customer service variety of foods and snacks and drinks and I recommend going here because you can order ahead on the app and pick up or walk in and order there's a bathroom and tables and chairs to sit its a good location plenty of parking its a favorite business of a lot of good people

I went here today for a few coffees and the two gentlemen working were so very polite and helpful and made me feel comfortable even though I have bad anxiety sometimes. The drinks were made absolutely perfect and I had a nice day bc of that. Thank you.

Starbucks bristol stands out from the other star bucks in almost every way. Fast, efficient, never have the wrong order made, clean and friendly. It is an overall better experience then the rest.

great staff who keep up the pace with large to-go orders and always steady to busy during the weekday's.

The Broccoli / Cheddar soup is great. I always get the same dish. The restaurant in Bristol is always clean & the coffee is always fresh. Keep up the great work.

Great Starbucks! Always good service and tasty drinks. I've never visited during rush hour so idk how the wait is then.... I'm just grateful this Starbucks is here! There are like, 18 Dunkin's in a one mile radius, and this is the only Starbucks of which I know. And I'm happy it's here!

The staff is great! Helpful, efficient, after a few visits they get to know your orders. my only complaint is about the store itself, no drive through
