I would like to share publicly that I don’t know about the service AutoZone Auto Parts in Bristol have giving before, all I know is that the service that was provided to me was unbelievable I have nothing bad to say about the gentleman that took care of me the night I went in with a broken front light bulb. Friendly, funny, fast, efficient, respectful and kind to this grandma. My upmost admiration to them. Q Dios me lo bendiga y proteja siempre! 5 stars all the way!!!

I came in right before closing with a headlight out. The two gentlemen working were very professional, helpful, and respectful. They were patient with me and assisted me in not only getting the right bulb, but also showing me how to replace. I am very grateful to Rod and Nirving. Thank you so much!

Very helpful! I placed an online order but it turned out they had just run out of stock for what I had chosen. When I got to the store, they came out to my car, helped me see what I needed, recommended an equivalent part, offered to help me install it, and even threw in a 10% discount for not having the thing I saw online. Incredibly friendly, incredibly helpful!

These guys are amazing! Especially Daniel! My car needed a new battery and it turned out to be a custom size and not the one recommended online. Daniel tried several batteries and found one that was close to a perfect fit. Then he finagled it very skillfully to make it work. And it works perfectly! He spent close to an hour in the freezing cold with no gloves to fix my car for me and didn’t charge me anything except for the battery. He’s awesome and I would go back to this Auto Zone any time! Everyone else was very nice and helpful, too!

Great customer service! People don’t understand how that can make someone’s day better, especially if it’s a not so good one.

Harlee and Rue ensured that my headlights (which were difficult to install) were installed! They worked efficiently and as a team. This is a service they autozone offers but I have been denied before due to my car type! Thank you both so much! 😊

I needed a headlight, and Kiana was was amazingly helpful. She came out with me to the car and showed me where the headlight would be changed, but it turned out that it was simply loose and I didn't need anything. I am definitely coming back for all of my auto needs because of how good the service was. Kiana was cheerful and knowledgeable and it was an excellent experience.

The guys here were respectful, courteous, and quick when they switched out my wiper blade for me. One of the guys helping me was newer and another employee helped us out, educated the new guy while still being quick and friendly and I thought that was pretty cool.

I definitely recommend this location. I am so grateful for one of the employees there (didn't catch his name). He helped me fix my flat tire while I was running errands for my job. The product that I purchased was not going to work because of a tear in my tire and he put the spare on for me. Great service!

Rick was so so so incredibly helpful and friendly. This location is lucky to have employees that make costumers feel at ease no matter what the issue is, and to have employees that give such a good attitude and effort that it makes people want to come back rather than going anywhere else.

I went to get headlight bulbs, windshield wipers, and an engine air filter. As soon as I walked in John greeted me and asked if I needed any help. He looked up each of the items on the computer and walked with me to the aisles to show me the different options. He was very helpful and professional. After I purchased the items he installed each of them. Great experience! I highly recommend John and this AutoZone.

Went in for some socket extractors. Not many places had these, so it was cool. Ended up getting the nut of with the biggest socket. It actually sheared the nut, on the first attempt. Then on the second attempt it came out. These things have reverse spiral flutes, that cut deeper with every turn. Highly recommended for stuck nuts!
