Christopher Perez from the Bristol CT Verizon store was amazing!! He spent a long time with my daughter going over everything with us when she purchased her new phone . He answered all of our questions and was very patient , friendly , and professional . Will definitely go back to see him personally when it is time for my phone upgrade !

Joe and Nick were the absolute best, can't thank them enough they didn't even have to help me as I was transferring services but they took the time and had the patience to solve my problem!!!!

Needed a new phone when mine broke and the manager, Keisha was great. She seamlessly transferred everything to the new phone and saved me money on a new plan. She was very accommodating toward my wishes and preferences, while still giving me her best recommendations. Great experience!

Keisha was absolutely amazing!!! She went above and beyond to make sure we got the best deal we could when we switched over. She looked for the products we wanted at other stores and got them for us. I will definitely recommend going to see Keisha if you need any help with anything!!!

Update 9/19/20: This was my second time as a customer with this store and the service was again outstanding, this time thanks to Johnny!!! This store has earned a new customer! I came to this store specifically because of a poor experience elsewhere and the fantastic reviews this store has earned. I experienced first hand those great reviews are all well deserved. Keisha the store manager listened, offered advice on possible options and answered all my questions. Professional, friendly, knowledgable and she provided the very best customer service from start to finish. I had some phone issues and contacted Johnny , he was awesome!!! He walked me through the process of getting a new phone and I didn't feel like I was being scammed. The facility is clean, the staff was knowledgeable and helpful. I will definitely continue to do business with them and I definitely recommend Johnny's expertise and professionalism.

I’ve been coming to this store since it opened. I actually worked at this store myself for a few years. I haven’t been employed by the company for almost a year now, but I give credit where it’s due. Juan has helped me every time I’ve been in and has been AMAZING. Whether he’s on hold trying to fix something for me or just listening to me talk about how things were while I was an employee, he has NEVER once been anything but helpful and polite.! Even when things don’t go exactly how I expected and it’s obvious I’m upset, he’s always sympathetic and asks if there’s anything else he could do. He is most definitely an asset to the company and (besides Keisha) he is the only one I will see for help when needed. I’ve had a few “not so great” experiences since I have left but Juan and Keisha are the reasons why I’ll continue to go back and the reason why I give 5 stars.

There are few places that actually put time and care into customers and Russell Cellular is absolutely one of them! I can't express how exceptional the entire experience has been and I had several needs! There are other stores in the area and I would drive further just to get the service and care that I received from Keisha and her entire team! I truly felt important, thank you!

Excellent customer service. I was greeted right after I walked through the door. It was my first time to visit Russel cellular. I live in Tucson , Az and before I left home I purchased a new phone at Best Buy in Tucson , but they were basically rude at the best buy in Tucson and told me thatvthey didn't have a screen saver or case for my new phone ...they never even looked . How nice to walk in a store over 2 thousand miles away in Connecticut to be taken care of immediately by a very caring and knowledgeable young man . He found in-stock exactly what I was looking for and even cleaned my screen and installed the new cover and case fast and it fit perfectly just like he is a perfectly fit employee for Russell Cellular 😀 Excellent experience and very professional staff !

Keisha consistently demonstrates the patience of a saint; when I go into the store with questions on how to use my iPhone technology. She doesn’t just handle and solve the problem, she fosters a relationship with her customers that you don’t find in any other store. I’m an older individual and technology intimidates me. Keisha waves her wand over my phone and makes everything seem so simple. She makes sure I leave the store having learned a new lesson using my phone. Because of Keisha’s wonderful soul, I will always purchase future product upgrades from this store.

Keisha gave me exceptional service throughout my stressful process of making a claim. Did everything in her power to make sure it went thru. Explained throughly what asurion needed from me then went ahead and did it all for me. I cant thank her enough for her hard work. This is by far the best customer service I've ever had. This week I upgraded and purchased new phones for my family. Aaron spend a lot of time ensuring that we were on the correct plan educating me on discounts that were available and providing and a possible sale prices to our new equipment. He also followed up with me to ensure that all of the fans were working correctly after we left the store.
