Rich Farm Ice Cream

Hands down, truly the best ice cream in the area. Have been a customer for a while now and I haven’t been disappointed yet! The cookies and cream and specialty mint (leprechaun) are thick, creamy, and flavorful. It is also puppy approved! ✅

Really real ice cream here! Friendly service. Whipped cream topping is also the real deal. Rum Raisin ice cream was excellent as well as the Coconut ice cream. Not amazing, this is fantastic flavors on each but good basic ice cream. Great atmosphere outside. Would easily recommend stopping by to try.

We first tried Rich Farm two weeks ago with an out-of-state friend who came to visit. We got the ice cream sampler and we were delighted! Ever since we’ve taken our neighbors and went for dessert after a date night adventure nearby. Their seasonal “Witch’s Brew” ice cream is creamy and the coffee taste hits the spot! Our dog loves their pup cups, we always get it as a treat for him. Their “Apple Crisp Sundae” is the perfect treat on a windy/chilly afternoon or night because the warm apple chunks simply melt in your mouth. We also tried their molten lava cake, and you can bet we’ll be back for more! We heard the owner speaking to the customers ahead of us about their peppermint stick and eggnog flavors coming soon next month and we’re too excited!

Great ice cream spot, according to the sign the ice cream is made on premisis. There are probably 15-20 different flavors of hard scoop ice cream, some soft serve options and a few sundae offerings. Each location has a unique special flavor to that location, so Oxford and Bristol might not have the same selections. As of April 2023, there is no indoor seating, so be aware, if you come during inclement weather be prepared to eat in the elements. There is a separate parking lot in the "back" of the serving area, I recommend driving directly there to park as it is very easy in and out as opposed to the main entrance.

I no longer have to drive to Oxford to get Rich farm ice cream. Now that they added the Bristol location it's only a couple of miles from home. If it was worth the drive to Oxford to get their ice cream then you know it's good! I highly recommend paying them a visit.

Cute inexpensive, little icecream spot! Fresh icecream, nice benches to sit at and ample parking! Stop by for delicious icecream on a hot day!

My husband and I have been here twice and just can't get enough! We love the grape nut ice cream and the baklava was delicious. The ice cream is thicky and almost chewy, almost like a custard. Hands down the best ice cream I have ever tasted!
The location is stunning, and the lines were very long each time (upwards of 30 minutes for two - single scoop cups) but standing on the hillside on a summer evening makes it worth the wait!

Very good ice cream and waffle cones! I believe everything is made in house so that is a plus. Noticed multiple types of sugar/dairy/vegan friendly options on the menu. Pies, sodas, apple crisp and ice cream in togo pints all available to sell as well. I got a small cookies and creme on a waffle cone. There is seating inside where its air conditioned. However our personal draw, was the beauty of the area surrounding the building. The rolling farms and fields provide beautiful eye relief from buildings and trees and during sunset is a spectacular sight for Bristol. Not too much exterior seating besides for a couple benches and a retaining wall. However I brought my pickup and boy do tailgates do wonders. Not very pedestrian friendly in the surrounding street area, so look both ways when walking about!

Very good ice cream. Very nice selection of flavors. We had a few flavors and all were very good. Not too sweet just right. It is not the best ice cream I ever had but definitely the best ice cream I had in Bristol and surrounding cities.

Went with my family and we were all blown away with how kind the staff was, but most importantly how delicious this ice cream was. Cannot recommend this place enough! Upon reading some of the other reviews, I have to point out how miserable and entitled the world has become to expect instantaneous service for such a high quality product. Shame on them for leaving such sour reviews for such a brilliant establishment. This isn’t McDonald’s.

Best homemade ice cream! Their portions are huge and prices are low which is great! Their flavor list is very long in a good way! The lines can get long at times but it’s always worth the wait for us! Rich’s is our go to homemade ice cream spot!

This place is the cutest. Just a little hole in the wall but very busy. The young lady at the window was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was there to pick up for DoorDash and decided to get something for myself. It was the most delicious treat!! Very rich, creamy and affordable. Would definitely return if I'm in the area.

In my opinion, the best ice cream in the area…if you can get it. I drive by on occasion and the place is absolutely mobbed if the weather is even somewhat nice. Their flavors and selection can’t be beat, and it’s a great treat once in a while.

Incredibly creamy ice cream that was not too sweet. The portions are generous and they have a wonderful variety of flavors. The pumpkin and caramel swirl were both amazing. We are going to return to try other seasonal flavors. I highly recommend.

On a hot day be prepared to wait in line...but BOY is it worth it!! So many choices and it was so good! The only downside for me was their whip cream. It was a bit heavier/thicker than I prefer, but still tasty!

Holy cow. I can't believe I've not been here until yesterday. My team and I stopped for some ice cream after work and will absolutely be coming back.

The apple fritter sundae and mint chocolate chip were delicious, but we were equally thrilled for the pineapple dolewhip. Can't recommend enough.

Pretty awesome ice cream, with plenty of options to choose from. If you're in the area, it's worth a visit..just be prepared to wait in long lines. The key for me was the friendliness in service. Long lines but good service goes a long way.

Friendly service, quality ice cream. Often passed by Rich Farm Ice Cream, because the crowds. Obviously many people in the area like Rich Farms Ice Cream. Glad I stopped by when it wasn't crowded. It is worth the wait if there is a crowd.

This is the best ice cream that I have ever eaten. The ice cream there is absolutely amazing. I love that it’s made there on the premise. I have not had a flavor that I didn’t like. And their cookies are outstanding.
I did have an issue one time where the cashier charged me for the toppings on my sundae, which were included. On the same screen you can order extra toppings for your Sundae for one dollar. Instead of hitting the free ones that were included, she scrolled down too far and charged me for the extra toppings.
The manager or owner came out and fixed it and it wasn’t an issue. But just make sure you don’t get charged for extra toppings if you order a Sundae.

My only recommendation would be to add thin little shavings of coconut to their coconut flavor.
