Little Belmont Cafe

This place has a lot of seating indoor and outdoor. It's simply decorated. I was greeted right away and placed my to go order.

I really wanted to try the Joe's omelette but what turned me off was that the lady told me the mix is pre-made so you can't ask for any substitutions.

We ended up ordering;

1. Corn beef hash with hashbrowns and Sourdough toast - The corn beef was flavorful and the hashbrowns were crispy just how I like it. The toast complimented it perfectly. I liked that the toast wasn't burnt like some places.

2. All meat omelette - Super flavorful and not greasy. I appreciate that the eggs were not watery and runny. It wasn't super cheesy and I like that they had added onions to give it a crunch.

Overall, a very good experience. I wouldn't mind coming back to try other items.

The Corned Beef Hash was home made (seriously, not from a can!) and tasted great!

The Hot Cakes were light, fluffy and flavorful! Some of the best I’ve had!

The scramble was delish and they have a homemade hot sauce that put it over the top!

Best of all, it cost a fraction of the cost of most other places that have much less flavor!

This place and its workers DESERVE your patronage! Tip them the extra that you would have payed more for less flavorful food!

A very enjoyable experience. The food was delicious and the portions were generous. I had the Corned Beef Hash breakfast with two eggs, potatoes, and English muffins. The service was very good and my server was quite friendly. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Fantastic little brunch spot with an extensive menu. Outdoor dining was perfect, and service was as excellent as the food. I loved the chicken fried steak with hash browns and pancakes, and my wife loved the huevos rancheros with an extra kick from the spicy sauce they provided on the side. No frills, just solid delicious food. Definitely recommended if you're looking for a breakfast or brunch in the area.

Excellent customer service, every 5mins one of the waitresses coming and ask, every thing ok?, do you need anything? Do you like the food? Offering coffee or drink. Price is fair to me, place is cosy and clean, team look like Mexican and I liked my breakfast which was JOSE SPECIAL.take a look on pictures.

From the outside, I wasn't sure if I would like this place. After being seated, the restaurant had a nice vibe. I had a chorizo egg burrito (no potatoes) and with jalapeños added. I also asked for the salsa. Well, my meal was really good. Service was quick to refill the coffee cups as well. Nice turn-around from what an initial impression from the outside.
I went there for breakfast during a recent business trip and will be returning when I'm back in the area.
Felt like a good wholesome meal. Very pleased.

I love breakfast and I regularly frequent a half restaurants in San Carlos, Belmont, and San Mateo... but the Little Belmont Cafe is my new favorite restaurant for breakfast. I have stopped in for a breakfast burrito or two in the past, but today I sampled the Santa Fe omelet... it was superb. A fluffy omelet with chopped Ortega chiles, tomatoes, olives, green peppers, onions, jack cheese, and salsa. Delicious. The potatoes on the side are homemade not pre-cut and frozen. The Little Belmont owner guarantees great meals... he is also the chef. The servers are friendly and very attentive. Jennifer and Juliebeth will make you feel welcome... they make the dining experience well worth stopping at the Little Belmont Cafe.

Nice place. The food is delicious and fresh. I enjoyed breakfast here. I'll be back here!

Hi everybody I checked this Cafe on 5/22/21 for the first time, good food friendly atmosphere, plenty space out side tables, big menu. I highly recommend.

Pancakes are a must get, they are delicious! Tasty omelette and hash browns too. Service was great and the staff was very friendly.

Excellent Customer Service, the girl behind the counter was super(cute) nice & friendly, even told me to take my time to go over the menu & see what the breakfast & lunch specials were, only downside they didn’t have a menu to go but! they’ll soon have em, i am so coming back here. I got the California Omelette with potatoes & pancakes all under 11 bucks! love the 49ers memorabilia on their walls! I highly recommend this place even though it was my first time coming here i felt like i’ve been coming here all my life. Two Thumbs way up! 👍🏽👍🏽The food came out steaming hot! From the oven directly to your plate! & the taste is out of this world, only thing i would ask for next is Salt my food didn’t have any. But overall for my first time coming here i love it, Food comes out super fast didn’t have to wait long for my order.

Super cute cafe. Indoor, outdoor, take out avail. Food was Great!! I love crispy all over potatoes, & rarely find a spot that gets it right!! These were PERFECT! Portions left me full AND enough take home! SERVICE IS IMPECCABLE!!! Clearly family-owned, w the younger gen as servers! So friendly, helpful, polite, smiling! Constantly check on you! I never felt like a patron, I felt like a guest! I loved this place!!!

Heading North on 101 dropped in on way to SFO. Easy exit and later re-entry to North bound 101. Easy on street parking. Friendly staff. Great breakfast.

I'm a big fan of little cafés like this one. Family-owned and run and when you come often, you become part of the larger customer family. It's clean, cozy, well-managed and the staff are so welcoming. And the food is fresh and tasty. Outdoor seating and take-out available and free parking right out front.

Service was great, food was good & very well priced. I ordered the chicken fried steak & subbed toast for a biscuit. Biscuit was super dense & really yummy. My sister ordered the corned beef hash (made in-house) with pancakes. Honestly, some of the best pancakes I've ever had. Overall a lovely diner breakfast.

The staff are always very friendly and attentive. My coffee cup never stays empty for long. It's a hidden gem of Belmont.

Very delicious and amazing place for classic American breakfast in the area. I'm surprised something like this exists in this ultra expensive area.
