Got there, found what I needed. Got to be strong to keep away until later, urgent buy. I found the stainless steel papertowel holder and got much, much more anticipated. I work near this store, so I visit here often. They have a large selection of Christmas items, more than I've seen in any store this year. Twice I had the pleasure of speaking to the manager. He is friendly, accommodating and never makes you feel as if you are bothering him. This morning he let me buy the floor model of an inflatable Christmas lawn decoration (as there were no others left) and even gave me an additional discount on it! Amazing customer service by both staff and management that should be acknowledged.

Every time I go there I find things that I need and the prices are very good. Worth a visit. Not what you expect at all. Great store! It sort of reminds me of Times Square Stores in the 70's.

Good prices. Large array of things to buy from personal care items to mattresses. I mostly go for holiday decorations.

When I went into Big Lots everything looked nicely stocked. All the aisles were so organized and neat. I had a great shopping experience!!!

This place has a little bit of everything and at very reasonable prices. If I don't give this place five stars, my girlfriend will leave me. She loves this store.

This is the place I go when I can’t find what I am looking for anywhere else because they almost always have it. Was looking for a stovetop coffee maker and they had it. The staff was really helpful helping me find it and was so nice ringing me up. Honestly amazing to see that customer service isn’t dead. Great experience!

I have to publicly acknowledge a great associate in the furniture department who went above and beyond for me and my wife. Branden my guy thanks so much for all your help getting my dining table set and tv stand into my car and of course getting the merchandise for me. Will be my go to spot for home decor. Management give that kid a raise
