I had an excellent experience at your CVS. Betty helped me greatly. I had to return a package to Amazon for my daughter and it was not a problem at all. She also made sure that my customer rewards card was up-to-date. My checkout experience was pleasant because of Betty’s courtesy and kindness.

I went to this CVS to drop-off a UPS package. Quick in and out using the front register. Luckily the UPS driver was just coming in to retrieve the packages.

Update: new management? This store has changed dramatically. Very helpful, efficient pharmacy and staff. Now my first choice. Wanted to correct the previous outdated review.

I would give one star if it wasn’t for 2 very helpful non-pharmacy people. They were wonderful.
To the young woman at the pharmacy who found it necessary to say “I’m NOT the manufacturer...” after I had the audacity to note how silly it seemed for a lower dose tablet to be so much bigger than a stronger dose, shame on you for such poor customer service and disrespectful attitude. Seriously, my observation deserved a snarky reply like that?! I was at the counter all of 2 minutes, apparently past her allotted time frame. Geez, you’d think she had to get back to molding new pills and stamping little logos on each one.
I usually go to East Haven CVS pharmacy because of similar past experiences, despite - living in Branford - but didn’t have time to go farther out today. Great reminder why the extra miles are worth it...
First time EVER posting a negative remarks on a company website, however after such rude service, and previous mix ups with meds, it’s completely deserved.
Luckily Walgreens across the road helped me and were very pleasant.

I absolutely love this pharmacy and adore all of the staff! They are ridiculously hard working and have always made things easier for me! I don’t think people realize it’s usually their own insurance companies who make things a nightmare (mine has multiple times)! I’ve also used numerous coupons and they’ve always put them in for me! They are over worked && I don’t know how they deal with half the people I see there Godbless!

Without hesitation one of the most professional and caring pharmacy staffs on the Shoreline. To a person each team member takes the time to address customer needs and goes the extra mile in looking for ways to help each customer regardless of the often hectic pace.

Sara the new Manager on the store it’s awesome.Very hard worker every time you go she is on the floor.And the great costumer service she really knows how to deal So sweet.Need more people like Sara to make are life better.

Honestly, it was a lot better. Now, if you're waiting for a prescription, the line is usually about 30 feet away from the counter. In other words, there are usually 8 to 9 people ahead of you. I don't know why it's gotten like that. And even when you call and try to speak to a pharmacy associate, you're on hold for at least 11 or 12 minutes.

Helpful! Also I feel like everyone in the pharmacy is really good-looking. Just an observation 🤷🏻‍♀
