UPS Prospect ships all of my antique clocks. Beautiful custom pack jobs, and I've never had an issue! The few times a package was damaged in transit they made sure to handle it promptly and took care of everything 10/10!

On 11/2/2023, I had the need for Notary and shipping services. I had the opportunity to work with the Notary and what a pleasant interaction it was. His customer service and attention to detail was bar none. It is my opinion that we the consumer need more service providers who value our business, and make us feel valued. On the other hand, often times we experienced great service and we don’t mention it. My experience here was one of exceptional service, and representatives that went above and beyond to assist me with an international package. I want to thank them, and I will make this location my go to UPS store.

The staff at this location are very helpful and easy going. I purposely go across town to this UPS simply because of my satisfaction of each experience.

I use UPS often and they do so much more than do deliveries. They have so many stores that are close. They will do everything to get your package packaged right, and shipped to where it needs to go. Wonderful staff ❤

I only use this location to return my unwanted Amazon packages. I’ve been there several times and have never had a bad experience that was due to their negligence. I have had bad experiences because of my stupidity of throwing away packing that I needed to repack my return in which ended up costing me money but even then the employees have always helped me out. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Love it! The lady there is super friendly and very helpful. I go there about once a month if not more and never have any problem.

This UPS store is the best. Everyone who is there is nice, super fast, and helpful. They changed owners recently and I had the pleasure meeting him the last time I was there and he was so kind and very Informative, not to mention, very good looking. This UPS is always busy, but UPS of Prospect gets you In and out and knows how to handle your packages!

I ship items very frequently between Amazon returns and selling clothes online as a small side hustle. I love going to this location, staff is great and fast (which is the most important thing imo). Maybe it's just me, but it's common sense you need to have your own packages ready to go. I keep packing tape in my car, if I run out or can't find it, I buy more from the store. 🤷🏻‍♀

Dave and his team shipped a very fragile antique glass lamp to me this week. I own a number of antique lamps, and I can truly say this one was packed with the most care of all of them.

It is evident in dealing with Dave that he takes a great deal of pride in his work. He is very responsive and conscientious.

I highly recommend this UPS store on Waterbury Avenue in Prospect.

I don’t normally write reviews but this UPS store and its employees deserves 10 stars if i had the option to do so. So I’ll just get to it, because quite frankly my experience was very embarrassing , at no fault of my own. That being said- the owner, I believe his name was Dave… quickly turned my experience into what started out as humiliating, into a wonderful, hilariously funny.. tragedy. I arrived at the location to pickup my very discreet package, which I had shipped directly to this location, for myself to pick up. The owner offered to assist me with transporting my 55 lb package to my vehicle, as it was clearly heavy. However, I was in a hurry to get home to test out my new supplies & figured, if i can carry a 50 lb bag of dog food, heck - i can pick up & unload my 55-gallon drum of lube out of the UPS store & into my vehicle. Well… I should have let Dave assist me.. because as I attempted to put the package inside of my vehicle, I dropped it.... and 55 gallons of lube exploded all over myself, my vehicle and inside of my trunk. As I stood there mortified, praying to god that no one had witnessed what had just happened… I turned and see the owner Dave, who appeared to look confused as to what I was covered head to toe in- coming to my rescue as he must have heard the loud drum of lube explode outside his store. Long story short- Dave tried to run to my assistance, however - he slid... through a trail of lube, looking like my 90 yr old grandma going to fetch the mail only to hit black ice on her way down the driveway, and into the trunk of my vehicle. So there we were. The owner and I... covered in strawberry lube. Hey atleast it was flavored right… this could have perhaps been ideal for probably the most epic first date in history, however the owner mentioned he wasn’t sure how he was going to explain this one to his girlfriend and I explained that I was in an open polygamous relationship with my neighbors, so we cleared that up. Dave called for an employee to fetch paper towels and made what was probably the most awkward situation of my life, one of the most hilariously, unforgettable moments of my life. I will forever use UPS in prospect and I will always be thankful for Dave’s humor & professionalism given the circumstances. I later called the company i ordered from & explained what had happened at UPS that day with pictures, and they shipped another 55 gallon drum for free directly to my home. Thank god there were no further “accidents” or mishaps ... esp in my driveway when the new shipment arrived, as I did not want any amount of cars fitting in my garage- if you catch my drift 😅. SO THANK YOU TO THE OWNER & EMPLOYEES AT UPS in Prospect, you turned my nightmare into a comedy.. you were all very professional, helpful & treated me w/ respect. I couldn’t thank you enough for coming to my rescue and always providing top notch service !

Visited this store to return my Amazon packages. Have to admit Amazon made a mess sending the return labels required. Thankfully, Afif, UPS executive working at the UPS store was very helpful with return. He saved my time making it easier to return the package. He was very kind and helpful during the overall process. Highly recommend this store for the customer service they provide.

This is by far the best UPS store I have ever been to. The workers and owners here are exceptionally nice, friendly, and go out of their way to help you. I have had to drop packages here regularly here for years and it has always been great. They also offer great advice when trying to figure out how to ship on a budget.

After seeing many 1 star reviews, I felt inclined to say something. This is outrageous and unacceptable. This is my neighborhood store, I’m there a lot making copies and faxing. It is amazing how many times I witnessed confrontations between angry irate customers with employees at this store and every confrontation starts with an assault of some kind by shameless customers. They think they are entitled to free services and supplies for their free returns.They feel they can talk to the owner in a condescending way. They question every store policy and rules and don’t show respect to the policies or the employees. I give the owner , who is the nicest guy, a lot of credit for standing up to his employees and not apologizing to these nasty customers. I fully agree with him as I see him all the time holding back at first but he tells it the way it is. I heard him so many times, show us respect, pay for your supplies and service and you will be treated like royalty. It is very simple, stay away please, it is less headaches for everyone.
