Goodwill Norwich Store and Donation Center

Big, clean organized and well lit store. Employees are always friendly and helpful. Prefer this one over my local store but this one is 45 minutes from home so only get a chance when in the area.

It's clean, orderly, and when you thrift you find all kinds of gems. The materials they have for sale are in good shape. I Bought this new sony VR set , brand new in box with plastic wrappings and all pieces for only 4 bucks! Staff are helpful patient and pleasent. Its a joy shopping here !

The new store was excellent! Great service and very clean! This location will be very happy to have your things if you are doing spring cleaning. They accept most things so if you want to empty your space at home bag it up and drop it off here!

I absolutely love visiting here and when they were renovating I was counting down the days until I could go shopping in there again. I always leave with great purchases and the staff are always friendly and helpful! I would highlight recommend, especially now that it is more spacious and organized!

Always good stuff here. Tuesday is Military Appreciation Day and Wednesday is Senior Day. You get a 20 percent discount on both days. Always find great electronics here.

Went into my local Norwich Goodwill on Saturday and was very happy with the selection of Halloween costumes they had on display. Will definitely be telling all my friends to check it out!!

Great finds would definitely come back. They a great selection of cds ( $1.99 each ) and scored some adorable 2000s pieces. Also the staff was really helpful♥

The employees here were all very nice! A rather rude women lost her purse and every was very nice to her and helped her find it. Even when the lady realized it wasn’t lost the staff was still nice to her.

Hayden and Ryan were so wonderful with customer service. They went above and beyond clean store. Great service, helpful, friendly and quick.

UPDATE: They remodeled the entire store and it is now my favorite one well over the one in Groton. The only downside I found was there was minimal furniture, but you should be going to the ReStore anyways if you want that. This store rivals that of Clinton and blows Groton GoodWill out of the water. Giving 5 stars now.

They have a a nice variety of trinkets and used merchandise. It's a typical goodwill with only having certain things that you will have to search far and wide to find. While I find this one to be fine, the one in Groton is quite a lot larger and has a better overall selection. Overall, this place has some stuff that stand out like the limited number of people who shop here compared to the other location and the cleanliness is well done. I will still continue to come back here occasionally to just see what new things they might have in stock since it changes all the time. Oh, and the prices are pretty good given that most of the things are previously used. Donating here is fairly straightforward too.

Goodwill is a good store to go when you don't got a lot of money to spend I just pray people's don't bring dirty clothes or with bugs. Why if people's donated think free why do you guys sell it so high. Don't you think that we don't got money like to spend so we go there and you still spend alot of money for use stuff.

So happy the store reopened and it's bigger and fresher. Even though it's brand new it still feels like the charming personal little store we used to have. The staff is always kind and helpful! Our Goodwill is a blessing to our community.

This is my favorite Goodwill store around. It's neat and pretty well organized. I rarely have to search for a price bc the items are well marked. Once every 5-6 months I treat myself to a trip here. I'm always satisfied and never leave empty handed 😁

Goodwill of Norwich CT is a confluence of kind-hearted individuals, from Evie, the loveliest of women, to Josh, its proactive manager, to Andie, the gracious cashier. They made shopping at their store a must! Customer service at its best!!!

50% off for Memorial Day!! Lots of great finds and treasures. I do find the regular prices high though. I even saw a couple new items with tags cheaper than what the goodwill was asking for them. But on the half off days it’s 100% worth it! I liked this goodwill better than the one in Groton.

Great employees! Great prices! Alot of people seem to forget this is not a yard sale your not gunna find a Polo T-shirt for 25 cents but you will find it in great condition for way less than you would pay for it in a different store, I love this place!!!

This is one of the better maintained Goodwills. Ever since they reopened after 'Ronademic lockdown, they've been experimenting with different merchandising layouts. It is a smaller store so all of their furniture is off-site (read: same strip mall, different door).

I love this Goodwill shop! One of the best I've been to. Definitely the best of Southeastern CT. The place is clean, neat and well organized.

I am from Long Island and go to CT to visit my friends about once a month or so. We always stop at this Goodwill and the one in Groton. This is the bigger of the two. I LOVE this store! I finally went on 7/3 after 5 months because of Corona and I bought so much my friend says "How are you getting this home?" forgetting I was in CT and I need to take the ferry home (and we were walk ons).. OOOPSIE!!! next time I'll bring luggage so I have something to pack all my goodies in! I spent $50 and got prob $150 worth of stuff. Photo albums, photo frames, electronic wires, a box fan, dishes, plasticware. I so wish we had these in Suffolk County on Long Island.
